I had the best pizza last night. I was impressed by the softness of the dough. Whoever made the dough yesterday did an awesome job, probably the best papa John pizza I have ever had. Well done.

Ordered a specialty pizza with modifications for delivery through door dash and it was perfect. The pizza was exactly as ordered, delivery was quick and all ordered items were delivered. As a bonus, the door dasher was also excellent.

One of your drivers nearly caused an accident on Walnut I’m presuming during a delivery next to Vintage Stock at 7:00 pm on March 4th. They reversed into oncoming traffic, endangering the lives of myself, my unborn baby, and my husband, as well as the drivers behind us.

Tried to order online and the website wasn’t taking the order but charged the card twice. Tried to call the store and got told there was nothing they could do. Ordered through another way and had the receipt for it. Showed up to the store and got told they never had to order. Employee was rude and told us they couldn’t make the order. Have payed for 3 orders and have received none.

Super sad pizza we got tonight. I put it in the oven to see if it would help make the crust… crustier and no, sadly it did not. There was a hole in it and none of the toppings stayed on the pizza. It was like a wet paper towel. There was raw dough around the cheese in the stuffed crust.Good flavor tho..
I mean the pizza is good but 3/4 of the time its not cooked all the way and is runny dough with dipping sauce. I keep coming back for the sauce...

Ordered 2 lage pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie. Pizza barely had any ingredients at all, just pizza flavored dough. Even the cookie sucked. You guys have really gone down hill.

On April 8, 2023, (5:30-6:30 p.m.)Assr Mngr Jose' (No name tag) took my pickup order on phone. I had a coupon for each of 5 pizzas I wanted to order. He refused to allow me to use my coupons except for one pizza. I told him I would have my Easter guests each call on their cell phone and place an order using their coupon and I would pay (with credit card) and pick up all 5 pizzas. When I went to pick up pizzas, I received mine right away...no problem. Next, I received my daughters...no problem. I paid for each separately but quickly. Jose told me he had no order for Jarett (my son- in- law). I was standing next to my son-in-law when he placed the order! Jose' became agitated and rude. He announced...in front of several other customers that this would be the "last time he would allow an order to be placed like this and that I was holding up all the other customers from getting their pizzas"! I matter of factly told him he was rude and that I am a regular "weekly" customer and he should be appreciative I chose to do business with him. Next...a new employee...found Jarett's order! Jose' had typed the name in incorectly! I told him that by him not taking the time to type the name correctly, he was responsible for slowing down the process! I told him I was going to report him to the Corporate Office for his unprofessional rude behavior towards me. Next, I still needed the last order for Eva. He claimed it was "in the oven" even though her order was placed in sequential order and should have been done. Jose was mad at me and deliberately held the last pizza up for over 30 minutes just to get back at me! I have ordered pizzas at this store for over 20 years. I have always used coupons. I have never been told I could only place an order for one pizza with coupon/ per visit. I went to the trouble of having my house guests order their own pizzas, using their own personal cell phone numbers. I simply picked up all orders and paid for each order using my credit card. This is no different than a delivery service picking up pizza for a customer and delivering to their home. Jose' needs to understand that customers should not be treated like this. Customers are who pay his salary! He needs to understand that this particular Papa John's location is most convenient to my home and I will continue to place orders here. Jose' may need to find a different niche in life where he does not have to relate to the public and be customer friendly.
