I have visited twice within the last week to use meal coupons. Upon the first visit, I had to wait nearly ten minutes for "fresh" chicken nuggets that were overcooked, dried -out, and had mostly the crispy breading. Pretty much inedible. Had asked for one bbq and one honey mustard sauce- received two ranch.The fries upon both visits tasted like they were cooked in very old oil, and I couldn't enjoy them either time.It just sucks that when I'm on a budget and expecting a semi-decent meal after work that I feel like I've wasted my time and money.I always prefer the Lowell location off Monroe/Dixieland. They make the menu items exactly how they should be, and never disappoint.***Edit***Hello Arby's,I see you responded, and since I can not reply to a response I will say that I have already shared my opinions about the restaurant already with my direct review. this is my favorite place to eat on my lunches since i work next door. u guys are awesome! service can sometimes be a little slow but they always make up for it. keep doing a wonderful job, and give mindy a raise!!

Obviously having issues with staff. They were making everybody pull forward and when the lady brought out my food I told her they forgot my sauces and she just threw up her hands and yelled at me what sauces?! Extremely rude. I get being busy but you should never act like that to your customers.

I don't get fast food very often, but when I do, I go to Arby's. I went today, & when I was asked if I wanted small, medium, or large, I said medium... I got small instead. No big deal, I had plenty of food... & I work in a restaurant too, so I know mistakes happen (especially with new staff). But if you're not careful, you will end up with a real "Karen" who's gonna raise holy he** over such a mistake... just warning you.
