Blu Fin has been in our regular rotation in Springdale for years but we will now be going elsewhere. I showed up one evening, holding our son in his infant carseat. There was a few couples in front me. It took a bit, the other couples were seated. There were several empty tables but it did appear they were short staffed. After almost 10 minutes I was finally at the front of the line. The staff member was about to seat us when the owner walked up and told her no more tables, they were closing early. The other two members of my party were in a separate vehicle were just arriving. I think it's unprofessional at the least to turn away business in such a rude manner and after allowing us to wait. Had we just been told sooner that we wouldn't be seated we could've sought out something else. Anyone with children can understand the frustration of waiting and being turned away only to spend more time driving to Plan B that also had a small wait.

The one time we were able to be seated.. The food was great! We have been back twice since then and no one came to assist us to seat for 15 minutes so we left. We won't be back, but if you can get someone to seat you the food was great!

Just had another GREAT meal here. The bbq sushi is outstanding and the presentation with the fiery delivery to the table is very impressive. Service was excellent as well and the sashimi sampler was superb. Good size portions very well prepared and super fresh. The shrimp and scallops dinner was also very good. Third time here and we haven't had a single misstep. Highly recommend Blu Gin!

The service & food was perfect. This is the 1st time I ate at Blu Fin. My friend & I had the bento boxes & we were not disappointed. I will definitely be back. Again, the wait staff were pleasant & attentive to our needs!!!

Used to love this place, and now the last couple I have been in, before 5pm, there are 4-5 empty tables and nobody at the bar. The tell three groups ahead of me and myself there is a 20 minute wait. Even for the bar that no body is sitting at. I don’t care if your kitchen can’t keep up, hire better cooks or lower the price of your food. Ain’t nobody gonna wait 20 minutes while staring at empty tables. Will not be back

We’re regulars here! Do yourself a favor, skip Shogun and come to Blu Fin. The food is consistently 1000x better, the owner and staff are friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to eat in Springdale!
