Honestly...burgers and shakes are always good. Fries are usually not crispy and the service is lacking in intelligence. Will usually drive to other side of Springdale to the Braum's on Sunset.Parking: 6 disabled parking spots but also close regular parking all around the buildingKid-friendliness: Two words... ice cream!

Shockingly terrible service at the drive through. They forgot to ring up our ice cream (a single, small cone), so the cashier refused to give it to us. We offered to pay, but he didn't want to walk to the other register to ring it up, so he said no, we couldn't even buy it. I asked for a manager, and he said he WAS the manager - Melvin. My mind was blown how he refused to make it right in any way. I told him I'd be leaving a review and he just shrugged. He truly does not care. I'll never go to this Braum's again.
