Love the water which flows everywhere and the breakfast is excellent. Just Look at the pictures added by the guests. Service at the front desk is exceptional. Best place to stay in Arkansas and I've been to hotels everywhere in NWA.Food & drinks: Breakfast is incredible.

Rooms: Very comfortable and clean.Noteworthy details: The place has the cutest set up. It is a little older, but they have done a great job making it comfortable and accommodating. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions. I will definitely stay here again!

Website description was not accurate. Rooms had smell of must and mold. Floors sloped and seemed patched underneath. Front door was askew and let a ton of light from hallway inside. Our room aesthetically pleasing architecturally but needed serious rehabbing. Jetted tub was small and had to be worked from wall. One interior light blinked off and on. Just a ton of things that should have been fixed. Grounds were unkept, but overlooked as time of year, back parking was cordoned off with standing water, lastly the pretty pond needed desperate cleaning, and that was the focal point! When reported to management and reviewed, they said in the process of renovating. Hope they are factual.

Chose this unique place to stay for my son's birthday and a trip to Crystal Bridges Art Museum in a neighboring town. Loved it and will definatly return for possibly a longer stay. The ladies that worked the front desk were very helpful and delightful to talk to. We asked one of the ladies to take our picture at the water wheel, she did with no hesitation. Thank you. I wish I would've gotten your name. But I guess we were too pre-occupied. Lol. I do remember you LOVE your DrPepper though. ?.Rooms: Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are a bit on the small side, but then again I'm a 6'3 315lb man. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of storage room, nice size closets and even a couple of house robes for the guest. The only inconvenience really would be that there is no microwave in room. But there is one down stairs in the lobby. There IS a mini fridge and a safe as well as a T.V. in room though, desguised in the huge armoire....Will definatly be returning to stay again.Nearby activities: Our stay was to visit the crystal bridges art museum. It's only about 20 min away. We could have stayed a bit closer I guess. But we like unique places to stay. And this IS one if those unique places. Lovely place.Safety: It is stairs, no elevators that I seen. There are at least 2 levels. So I'm sure if you request, you can get a lower floor. However, parking in the back allows entrance at ground level to the second floor.Walkability: We ventured through just about ALL of the halls. Found some artwork on the walls. Lots of neat little windows. Several sitting nooks and even a small library. Had pictures taken in front of the water-wheel at the pond. Which has flower beds around it and coy fish in the pond. And once again, plenty of opportunities to sit in the shade or the sun and enjoy the outside.Food & drinks: Breakfast was quiche, bagels, boiled eggs, fruits, apple turnovers, and things like that. And cereal options as well. Drinks were great coffee, v-8, water and teas. A hot breakfast would be awesome. But I'm NOT complaining on what they have. Still love this place.

Needed a place close to campus. This place is clean and quiet. About a ten minute drive. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and won't be back! The rooms were small. The bed was hard as a Rock! The couch was more comfortable. We took the comforters and put them under the sheet to sleep on. It was a little better. Went to "breakfast" the first morning. Stood around for folks to finish there coffee and conversations. Finally left and had breakfast somewhere else. The second morning went down earlier. Same thing! Not enough seating. The third morning couldn't wait to get away from that place!! For the price 460.00 for 3 nights was not worth it. We won't be back!! Good luck to those who stay there!!

A unique place to stay. The bed and pillows were comfy. The AC got the room super cold really fast. Hot water almost instantly. Lots of cools things to see. The only thing, the tub has a handicap bar in the middle of the wall, although it is great for things…lol.. when lathering up your going to hit your funny bone. But a great experience all around! The continental breakfast was more than expected!

Found this property via a Google search and it was a great find. Wonderful room, great bedding. Roomy bathroom and ample closet space plus extra pillows. The grounds are great to walk around and very well landscaped. Absolutely a great place to stay and a great value. Breakfast was great as well and not simply traditional fare. Perfect way to start the day. Definitely recommend.

Although this hotel had plenty of beautiful rooms (pictured when booking, very misleading) we were booked into one on the ground floor facing the parking lot and street, with guests above us stomping around late into the night. We tried calling in the days leading up to our stay, to ask if we could secure a room with a view, but they never answered the phone.Once there, my wife asked if there were other rooms available, or if we could pay to upgrade, but the answer was a flat no and even the price we had already paid was not taken into account for an upgrade into one of their many empty suites. It was our anniversary and we were so disappointed to have ended up there. The receptionist told us to use their more preferable booking website for our next anniversary night with them. It was clear we weren't prioritised simply due to who we made our booking through, and the receptionist was deluded enough to assume we would be coming back next year. The booking had also stated that it includes a hot breakfast, but available was stale bread, cheese/meats and fruit. The tv in the room was so tiny and stuck in a closet beside the bed, not viewable from the bed for both of us. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful around the building with the suits. But most of the king size rooms face the street and the pictures made it look secluded and quiet, which it isnt.

We LOVE it here! We come here from OKC. We come once a year for three day weekend. We even have a favorite room. We enjoy all of the history in this area. The staff (especially Jen) are great! I highly recommend this place!Rooms: Every room that we have stayed in is always clean and comfortable. Every room is unique. They are all different. We always try to stay in our favorite room. It's called the LAMBLTH room. It has a balcony where we can have coffee outside. It has a tub with jets too!Walkability: It has a nice walking trail. The grounds are beautiful! A lot to look at and take in!Food & drinks: Being a short drive to Fayetteville there are a lot of places to eat! Try Rick's Bakery!! Absolutely wonderful and delicious!Noteworthy details: There are plenty of historic places to visit! Battle grounds and cemeteries to go. Lots of vintage stores. I highly recommend 410. That's the name of it. It's great!
