I like to eat here, I work in another food place, but I don't like the food where I work, and on my breaks whenever I can I eat in this place, it is a nice place and the food is very delicious, it is something new for my but I really like it hehehe ?The staff is very friendly, I hardly know English but they try to understand me and that is something that makes me comfortableIf you haven't eaten, I recommend it.10/10

I’d give the male worker a 0 star and the girl working a 5 star poor girl was getting bullied at work by her coworker in front of every customer. I wouldn’t be saying this if it was friendly but he was very rude the his coworker about her not knowing sandwiches if that’s the case train her stop being mean giving not only your coworker an attitude but along with your customer making it known she doesn’t know her job. Anyone who would come in while was there he’d yell right away it’ll be 30 mins she doesn’t know her job. Like why do you guys support these kind of worker?!

I waited over 20 mins today to get a sandwich and they still didn't have it made. They looked short staff, but it's clear you don't want my business if you take 20 mins to get out a sandwich during lunch at jimmy john's. You have lost me as a customer.
The customer service and food are excellent. Thankful for Ron and the rest of the team being able to complete my large order under the estimated ready time and for being so helpful.
