Great bagels, but they are literally always out of stock on the weekends. If you pull up anytime around 10am just expect a sign that says they are sold out. Feels like they should make more inventory for the weekend???

I can't tell you how good the food is because this is the 2nd time I've been here on a Saturday & not gotten what we wanted. Showed up at noon the first time and they were sold out, which we thought was nuts because I've never been to a bagel place that was sold out of bagels. Went today at ten and thought surely they'd have some. Nope. Only a few plains left. So we got plain. Then after we had ordered they were out of the cream cheeses we wanted. Then once we got the bagel it really wasn't that great - if you've had a really good bagel before you know what we're benchmarking these against. The disappointment and frustration of not getting what we wanted isn't worth driving out of the way. Even our five year old thinks it's insane a bagel place runs out of bagels.We wanted to support this place so bad, but are finding it tough to. I just tried providing feedback to the staff and they just talked over me telling me how hard it is to make bagels and keep things in stock. Einstein's it is! Might as well pay less money to get a sad bagel sandwich with a microwave egg.Also, Ozark Bagel Company, we recommend doing a research trip to Charlottesville, VA to check out Bodos Bagels if you aren't aware of them. They are a Charlottesville institution, there is always a line from 6am through the lunch hour, and have never run out of bagels. Also, if you are going to consistently run out of bagels, could the online hours be updated to show that bagels likely won't be there past 930 or 10?

My family and I have tried eating here twice now, and in both instances made the drive to find out they were sold out of everything before 10:30am. It’s just been wildly frustrating and disappointing.

Just discovered this bakery and HAD to brag on them. They had a dozen or more bagel options available today and told me that they are all made fresh every morning. I ordered 3 Asiago cheese bagels and 3 spinach Parmesan bagels, along with a tub of plain cream cheese from them today. I must say that the bagels are incredibly fresh and flavorful...some of the BEST I have ever had. The service was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was simple and open. They are slightly out of my normal commute route, but not so far that I am not willing to MAKE it a part of my route. I will ABSOLUTELY come back again. Sooo good!

Because of it being Saturday game day (football), when we arrived around 10:00am, every bagel choice was gone other then plain, and a few of other choices. I got the plain with strawberry cream cheese. They pile on the cream cheese and it was a bit deceiving, I thought it was going to be like frosting on a cupcake, but it was actually more savory than sweet. Which was fine, but would rather it had been a bit sweeter.The service was great. They are very friendly!

We stumbled on this bagel place while visiting U Ark during family weekend. Fresh bagels and a good variety! Several tasty cream cheese flavors offered as well. I had the everything bagel toasted with a side of honey almond cream cheese.Service was friendly! Chill ambiance.

Good bagels, neat space, friendly staff.Unfortunately they need to either make more bagels, or reduce their hours. No point in saying you're open until 1PM if you're going to close or only have 2 or 3 options by 11AM.
