This is 1 of 2 locations that are close to me, but this one is closer. However; this location ALWAYS has issues with service! This time after having to pull up passed the window and wait for our 3 meal order; we were missing a whole large side. The previous time it was a side, sauces and a wrong order in my bag. There was no line and only 1 car pulled up behind me so i really dont get how they arent getting things correct?! Whoever owns this location Really needs to help out your management team and get much more involved. I've been trying to call since I got home without my purchased food and the phone is either off the hook or enough people are calling to complain that the busy signal hasn't let up for over 15 min now. I wouldn't have even put up a review but I can't get this resolved by phone. Do better!

Been going to this place since 2012 and I remember how it was when the original owners had this property. Since the new owners took over they have hired disrespectful/ lazy staff, never stocked even when opening first day of the week, and constantly forgetting very simple orders. I will never return to this place and still wonder how they stay afloat with such terrible reviews and terrible service. Someone please buy this establishment and get it out of the hands of these people.

Over the course of 5 years this store has been continuously bad. Missing parts of orders plague this location. I'm not sure who owns and manages this location but if it was someone who cared they would pay more attention to the hundreds of negative reviews a bit more closely.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Two orders of tenders and potatoes with no gravy and 45 minutes later we get our food. Guess what the whole order was wrong. Do not recommend going to this location ever. Absolutely ridiculous that any drive through takes 45 minutes to get food out to you.

Under a 4 piece spicy , they had me wait 12 mins to cook the chicken and I still got 3 pieces that were not spicy. The tea was so watered down that it looked like tinted water with a LOT of sugar. I won’t return to this location .

Asked if we wanted spicy or regular just to tell us after we paid for our meals that it would be an hour to defrost the chicken for regular. Literally waited until we paid to let us know it would be an hour for chicken to thaw. Mango lemonade was messed up as well. Absolutely ridiculous, poor communication and service.Dietary restrictions: Failed to mention spicy was all they had until we had already paid.
