I have been at the brewery with friends and family. I live in Sweden and this place was a very nice place. Lots of locally produced beer.situated in the countryside

We love finding places off the beaten path. Saddlebock is way off the beaten path, but in a cute little barn type building. Our bartender was great, beer was tasty. We both prefer IPAs and Saddlebock's was very good.

I was in town and wanting to do some karaoke, but they all seemed to start so late. My son found this place and we decided to try it out. It's kinda out there, not on the main drag, but worth the few minutes to get there. We were greeted warmly by the regulars (it felt like we walked into Cheers). We had a very fun night of imbibing and karaoke. Johnny is an easygoing, supportive karaoke leader (anyone who does karaoke would appreciate this fact). He doesn’t have a lot of fancy equipment, but he gets the job done.I feel like if you and your friends want to sing, instead of sitting around waiting to sing, that this might become your new favorite karaoke bar. I highly recommend it.

Under new ownership. Rather than focusing solely on making and distributing Saddlebock beer they have been focusing on directing their efforts towards selling several other craft beers from local breweries into their own respective microbrewery.Alongside a new brand they are also completely renovating the brewery's existing kitchen space to accommodate a unique style and more diverse menu options including upscale dining and food options. There is also an additional room for your recreational niche including a pool table, shuffleboard tables and darts. A full bar equipped with 18 taps offering several local beer options for the thirstiest beer lovers and many fine and vintage wine styles that will satisfy the most experienced wine enthusiasts. Saddleback does offer many live entertainment and events showcasing your favorite bands both locally and from abroad. The beer peddlers are very friendly and professional about their craft always helpful to share their knowledge with regular patrons and newcomers alike. New ownership has plans to expand their brewery into an outdoor recreational area that will include outdoor activities and events such as volleyball tournaments, bonfires, a zip line, and spaces for recreational vehicles, camping trips, and canoeing on the famous white river by spring/summer 2023!..

Found this place when looking for a new brewery to try that also serves food. Their beer selection is amazing, and the bartender was extremely welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious, and we will definitely be going back and bringing guests.

Great food and atmosphere! AMAZING brunch!!! Some of the best potatoes O'Brien I've had in ages and same goes for the omlette. Dog friendly, nice patio, good local spot

Hosted a baby shower here last year for a good friend (not sure what happened to my original review). Service was absolutely horrible. I was so embarrassed and really felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth. Owner claimed he was going to “make things right,” but I never heard back from him. The event room was also cluttered with construction items that we had to work around. Might be a decent place to stop in for a beer and food but they don’t accommodate large parties or events very well..

I have loved coming out to Saddleback for a long time now, and at this point have an emotional attachment to the place. But you're not reading this for my life story ... Super neat location just outside of town, a ramble shack place that has evolved over the last several years and is super friendly to patrons and dogs alike. I have never had a bad experience with anyone here, even when they are crazy busy they really try to be attentive and welcoming. The beer selection is varied, but not always well executed. Everyone will find something that they like, but if you're expecting to have a flight of exceptional beers, you may be disappointed. That is coming from someone who appreciates all styles of beers and enjoys craft breweries all over the US, so take it for what that is worth. The food has also changed a bit over the years, but everything is pretty solid. Most recently a burger and a sandwich accompanied with fries and onion rings were really good. Wings are generally enjoyable as well. Great place to spend a lazy afternoon. Check it out.

Please understand that on an 80 degree sunny Saturday afternoon there are people that go out of their way for 50+ miles to check you guys out. Bikers, joyriders, etc. I watched as exasperated people left not willing to wait 20 minutes for a drink. You guys should have had at least 2 more people working today. You would have made more than enough money to justify their pay.On the other hand, the beer was solid and the server that did pour the drinks was very friendly and apologetic. On that count, I’ll be back again. If you guys get your act together next time on the service I’ll be happy to upgrade the rating.

Heading to Beaver Lake? Live near Springdale? Bored and it’s Thursday? Head to this brewery. It’s worth the trip. The boast a robust 16 of their own beers on tap and 9 of their own ciders. They also make their own wine.Thursday’s are all you can eat wing days for $20! The door and the pillar in the photo is where the food comes from. I’m assuming the kitchen is above and they’ve rigged a system to drop the food from below, very Chitty Chitty Bang Bang of them.Great find!

We enjoyed, we got 2 flights to try all the beers so that we knew what we liked. Craft beers are becoming some of my favorites. When they have someone there to cook, the food is awesome!

Loved it here, we stopped in one friday evening for Beers and appetizers and the service was next level even tho they were short staffed and busy. Our server recommended coming back for Saturday brunch and we did the next day and what a phenomenal breakfast and beer to start our day with. I look forward to coming back here many times in the future.
