Susan's is ALWAYS wonderful. I have never had a bad experience there. My son got the ribeye steak and sides of okra. His steak was cooked exactly how he asked for it to be and came with cornbread and a roll thanks to an amazing waiter. I ordered the chopped sirloin and onions with okra, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans as my sides with cornbread. Our meals were both perfect and there wasn't a crumb left on either of our plates. Our host even pulled out our chairs for us to sit, our waiter was amazing and very attention even though he had many tables, the service was just phenomenal and the lady at checkout even complimented my eyeglasses. We love Susan's and will continue to make the almost hour drive there without any regrets!

I'm big on breakfast and trying different places. That being said Susans was on our list to try because of the bi g hype that surrounds Susan's. I hate to say that it was not as great as the hype made it seem. Overall good place and worth the try though. People were nice, food was quick, wait time wasn't long but all things considered the breakfast was not as great as i hopped it to be. i'd rate it a 6.5/10

We had a decent breakfast. The seating area is larger than expected. The western omelet didn't have as many vegetables that I think belongs in it. The gravy isn't sausage gravy so that could have been better. Pancakes were fine. Try a cinnamon roll! Staff was friendly.

Susan's Restaurant has quickly risen to the top spot of our list of favorite breakfast spots, and for good reasons that extend far beyond the first meal of the day. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warmth that's part genuine hospitality and part the enticing aroma wafting from their exceptionally efficient kitchen. The staff at Susan's are the epitome of friendliness, making every visit feel like a return to a well-loved home. But let's talk about the main event: the food. Susan's takes weekend breakfast to a whole new level with their rotating specials, ensuring that every visit is a delightful surprise. This weekend's highlight, the "Overnight French Toast Casserole," is a culinary masterpiece that you simply must try. It strikes the perfect balance between indulgence and refinement--the French toast itself isn't overly sweet, which allows the vibrant, sweet berry topping to shine, creating a harmony of flavors that is both satisfying and sophisticated. Moreover, the portion sizes at Susan's are nothing short of generous. The French toast casserole, accompanied by two perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon, makes for a hearty meal that's surprisingly affordable at under $14. It's a testament to Susan's commitment to offering incredible value without compromising on quality or taste. Susan's Restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it's a destination for those who cherish good food and great company. Whether you're a regular or planning your first visit, Susan's promises an experience that's bound to make your weekend mornings a little brighter and a lot more delicious.

Good home cooked food, not fast food. Wish everyone would go back to food this way. Well worth the wait. Staff also clears off tables fast and you get seated fast.
