I asked for cups cuz i didnt see any cups on my tray and the worker gave me the dirtiest look handing me my cups, this was my first time going to taco bell. I tried one of the drinks and it tasted like SEWER water, it wasn’t even water, it was the pink gatorade. The soda machine was clogged. Also when I left I saw 2 dead baby mice outside the building.

I’m glad they stay open till 3:30am, and that they give promos freely when they’re out of what you order. It’s just they are often out of your purchased items. I just picked-up the decker-taco that I could not find a trace of nacho cheese on. Promos are nice , but sometimes I want nacho cheese on my deckers ?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We are on Vacation and decided to stop for a quick bite, There were absolutely no customers at all when we arrived The “manager” Maria was sweeping the kitchen floor & the cooks were just standing there. We are looking at the Menu on the screen infront of the registers and Maria turns to look at us, Extremely rude tells us that we need to use the computer because she is “Busy”. She then proceeds to mumble in spanish “They don’t even know what they want” Mind you i speak spanish!!This is not the first bad review i seen on behalf of the manager! Corporate really needs to take in full consideration all the bad reviews on this manager!

I went through the drive-thru to get a quick bite before an appointment I had in the area. The gentleman on drive-thru was friendly, had a nice smile and a great attitude. He was efficient and got my order correct. The inside of my cheesy bean and rice burrito tasted fine, but the tortilla it was wrapped in was chewy at best. It was either laying out for a prolonged period of time or possibly microwaved. It made visiting this location something that I will not repeat. Really too bad when you've got good employees but bad practices.

Turn off online ordering or update your menu if you are out of a product. It’s ridiculous for people to place online orders only to show up to a store that is “out” of a product and won’t substitute items ordered that have that product.

They had ran out of hamburger, black beans and they made both our orders great they made the meals just as good with our suggested meats added the other items to make both my husbandand my orders great in a bad situation. Good job late night crew. Awesome job!
Walked into the Lobby while my wife was getting coffee from next door. Maria "the manager" said the lobby is closed and opens in 10mins but I can use the drive through. I stated I walked over and but I can pretend that I'm a car since she wouldn't take my order in store. I proceeded to try and order through the drive through window and was told that I needed to buy a car if I wanted to order at the drive through. I asked for her name and who was her manager. Maria and I am the manager. I manage a business myself and this was one if the most unprofessional and insulting interactions I have had in Customer service. Will never go into this location and will advise all of my connections in NWA to go elsewhere.

was wanting to get some food from the lobby, asked a young guy if it was open and he said yes. couple minutes later a manager lady comes and yells out “lobby’s closed!” as we were walking up to the door. it was only 8:45 pm. and we saw a customer eating inside. great customer service, zaxbys right next door was way better and gave me and my friends a good fast food experience.

This is one of the few I I like going to the last 3 times I've been there they have put the "heavy" foods like the burritos on top of the tacos and then the tacos are broken and smash. I let it go the first few time but I literally just left there and the same shit happened..
