Neat idea to have a coffee shop right inside of a bike shop. Good coffee. Good smoothie. Good snacks. Friendly staff.... especially Charlie. Great outdoor seating area.

Trailside Coffee in the Phat Tire Bike Shop on Mile 16 of the Razorback Bike Trail on Springdale Creek. Nice place to stop for coffee or bike needs. Walk downtown shops one block south.

Super friendly Owners and Staff + the 4 legged friends are an added bonus :) Delicious coffee and sweet pastries for any sweet tooth lover :) The vibe is great with seating outside along the trail and a small quaint upper level seating area. 10/10 recommend Trailside Coffee Company!

Edit to your reply: we couldn’t have been specific about any particular coffee because again, there was no visible menu listed online. So that is why I asked “what is the average cost of your medium hot coffees” it’s not complicated to say “$5-6” as an example. I do not need to be inside of the building in order to give this establishment a 1 star rating when the first interaction before I even get the chance to go to the building is bad. I’m not sure how I could have scammed you from asking how much a coffee is. Thank you for educating your employee on how to not scare your future customers away.weirded out by a phone call.I’m a caregiver and my person (wheelchair user) wanted coffeeI found this place on Google and thought I’d try out a small business? Well they had their menus online but I couldn’t make out what it was saying due to the glare and poor quality photos. So my person recommended for me to call them to ask about their price range for medium hot coffees. I called and did so. The person replied with “umm who are you?” In a weird/blunt/rude attitude. I said I was a customer and she told me to identify myself and that she doesn’t really know if they can give out prices over the phone. The whole exchange was snarky. So I was like why didn’t you guys lead with that instead of interrogating me? Her attitude was so off putting I just hung up. What’s weird is if they don’t give prices over the phone then why would they have them online?…or at least an attempt at putting them online. Sorry not sorry, but not everyone is able to drive all the way to your location just to see if they can afford your coffee or not when not all coffee shops have wheelchair accessible parking…. I’m definitely never coming here. I hope their coffee isn’t as bitter as their attitudes.

Good place. Friendly service. Went along with friend to grab coffee. They have few quick bites - muffins, protein balls, cookies etc. I wish they had vegan food.

Katie has made the best spot to refuel and recharge just off the square. Try her home made honey syrup & buy a plant!

Don’t waste your time, they might not be open. Came Sunday 11/5 with a large group. Hours said open, open sign on, doors were locked and no one answered the phone. No one there.

I came to this coffee shop when they first opened years ago. I have since moved away and this was my first time returning since then! There is plenty of parking in the lot out back. They have shifted things around since last time I was here but it still shares a space with a bike shop since it is along the Razorback Greenway bike trail. They are super dog friendly here which I always love to see, the owner and her sister both had their dogs walking around off-leash! I loved getting to meet both pups and pet them while there. Not only do they have coffee here, they also have smoothies, pastries, and ice cream! (The pastries are not gluten free, but they have some power balls that are). My friends and I just came for drinks today. They have a seasonal menu, I ordered the Lavender Honey London Fog and really liked it! I could definitely taste the lavender but it was not overpowering. Prices were affordable, even for their drink specials. Service was quick and everyone was so friendly! There are a few plants around that are for decoration but also for sale. There are a few tables inside plus some nice areas to sit right outside near the bike path. Downtown Springdale continues to grow and I love having a coffee shop down there that I can count on for a great experience!

The barista was lovely and the atmosphere of the shop was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my smoothie and baked goods. I'd highly recommend coming here on a hot day with your friends.

Best home made pastries and energy balls in town. Perfect for fuel needed on the #biketrails of #NWA. It's located in the Phat Tire bike shop with comfy couches to relax and stretch our. Next to public restrooms.

A coffee shop with no power outlets for customers. ?Gotta try to share the outlet next to the counter with the appliances.
