Overall service level was very good, and the staff were very pleasant. The food was slightly above average, other than the coffee. The coffee was weak and only lukewarm. Since the restaurant was very slow at the time of our visit, our order was fast to the table.

We were greeted upon walking in, food was served relatively quick. Our waiter was very attentive and nice. I would even go as far as to say it beats some of the over-glorified breakfast place that is half a mile down the street with a long wait and incompetent front desk!Parking: Dedicated parking lot
We've eaten there 3x and all 3x the food was not very good at all. It didn't taste good, really small waffles, hash browns really greasy and the biscuits tasted like old grease. The service was pretty good and the restaurant looked pretty clean compared to some waffle houses I've been to.

Everytime go to this WH in Springdale Arkansas. I see one person that makes my day everytime. With her smile and her beauty. Yes , Iam to old for her, but Amanda she make my day everytime I see her.
Sat in the store for 10 minutes waiting to be sat because wait staff wasnt flipping tables, even though it was lunch rush. I was not the same racial background as the wait staff, but I couldnt help but notice the customers who came in after I had been waiting for 10 minutes, who were the same racial background as the wait staff had a table immediately cleaned and ready for them, even though my party had been waiting. I was told they didnt see us, even though I had made eye contact with several of the staff before being skipped. ???Absolutely inexcusable service.
I am giving this waffle a 2.5 because I am a regular. They keep employees who spit in food spray chemicals in food when they have problems with each other. I've been over charged twice during my recent visits. They were too busy to answer the phone this afternoon, so I was too busy to be late for work to complain to a manager. They overall are fair with the proportions and are fun people when they are well fully staffed. It's just stressful feeling like I'm working at waffle house as well as soon as I walk in the establishment....Parking: You can park across the street during busy seasons

Staff and food was great! Restaurant was super clean and well run, I popped in for a quick breakfast and they had me in and out in less than 30 mins with a full delicious meal in between. Give all of the staff raises they did a great job and left me walking out in a good mood after a long business trip.
