Way overpriced. Did not get my full order either. Not very helpful when I was ordering. I had to guess what was available for sides.Maybe because it was 9:30 and they wete wanting to close. Potatoes and gravy were cold. Chicken was fresh but had a lot of small pieces in the count.
This Chicken Express used to be really good with fresh food but recently the food has gone way down hill. My family and I used to get food to go a couple times a week but here recently the food has been so bad we don’t even eat it.

sorry dried out food and sorry smart mouth Manager Sam Harris, she thinks there is nobody that is over her, but let me pick the time to say if you're not the owner there is somebody higher up than you so the next time the customer has a problem instead of getting smart mouth with him try to work it out but I won't be eating there anymore because this is happened three times within two weeks the food is horrible after it's been sitting under those lamps all day long but when you go at 1 o'clock in the afternoon you should at least get good food at lunchtime so I'll be where when you go over there to this location and make sure you check your food before you leave Because Sam Harris will not give you a refund or any more chicken if you don't have a receipt that they didn't give you in the first place

This is the best one I had been in so far I’m not original from here just for a trip the young man took my order perfectly and respectfully nice person and they got fast customer service I had order in about 2 mins my stuff was already I thank him so much he a black guy with a gray hoodie nice service
Told the cashier 2 piece with fired picklesIgnoring me puts fries. Ur meal no longer comes with a sauce u have to pay for it.

I just dealt with a very RUDE GM at Chicken Express on Arkansas Blvd. today @ lunch time. I spent $51.68 on some OLD CHICKEN!! I was on lunch and was buying for a lot of people. When I made it back to work I realized that the skin was very hard, and it the inside of the thighs, and legs were dark in color apparently from sitting there! I called to explain what happened, and they were less than professional!! I will NOT be going back!!

Food is bland and greasy. The staff looked very unhappy to be there. Noone spoke at all. The guy that waited on us was nice and very prompt. There was a GM yelling on the phone at a customer. Just kindof unwelcoming place.
