This restaurant never disappoints. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. Had the chicken wrap and a shrimp plate. Delicious. I usually get the heater and sweet potato puffs. Best burgers in Texarkana and beyond!

We were greeted by our server named alli. She was wiping down the table and when we said we'd never been there before she said you can sit in my section! How nice. She went thru some of the menu items asked for our beverage ordered and moments later was back. We enjoyed the chicken wrap and fritz pie. We shared a milkshake. Great service , friendly helpful staff and lots to choose from in a baseball setting. Easy off and get back on the highway .

Service can be a little slow, but honestly I feel that may be just because it's busier or seems to be when I go. Really great burgers and friendly staff. The build you own section is good careful not to go too crazy though, some burger will fall apart on you. Love the decor and feel of the place. Good stop for good burgers.

Called in for late lunch. The phone representative was extremely friendly and repeated everything back to me. I had a few questions regarding their menu and she was able to assist me with all my decision-making. We opted for a Little Home Run, cheeseburger with only mustard extra pickles and lettuce. We also ordered a chicken tender basket, a half-order of fried green tomatoes, and fried pickles. No complaints from the crew.

Absolutely love this place! Burgers ballpark themed great attitude. All workers take great care of you. Clean. Nice food doesn't take that long to come out. No table service. Need to fill your own drinks but that's all right. Burgers are great. Fries are great. Everything I've tried I have loved.

The Dugout is located off Hwy 82 in the shopping center near Cash Saver on the Arkansas side. Soon às you walk in the smell of grilled burgers fill the air. There are a number of options and chooses for burgers, fries, fish and much more. They have a plethora of dessert options. The area is very clean and well taken care of. It has the vibe of a mix of a restaurant as well as a dive. The food was very delicious. I didn't have the tater tots but a coworker did and you can tell they are not your typical frozen tots. My first visit I had the blacked burger with remoulade and grilled onions and mushrooms. It was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were pretty good and fresh. The s find time I had the catfish (pictures below). Very well seasoned and hot and big pieces. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. They helped ease my concerns in regards to my seafood allergy by letting me know that all seafood items were friend in separate frying bins. So overall if you are in the area, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Everything I have ever ordered from here has been great.It’s clean and the staff is nice.Triple play is so big and worth every stinking penny! They can get my money on this one y’all!!! ?Grilled chicken sandwich on that wheat bun ❤️ Mmm it’s my new go to when I don’t want to cook.I’m so thankful they are in my neighborhood.

Today I tried out one tf the hotdogs. No kidding..it's the best Hotdog in Texarkana. Had a burger last time and it was excellent. Doing the fish next time. Clean place and friendly staff.

I enjoy the dugout. My family and I eat here often. My favorite is the loaded frito pie. They do not out enough chili to accommodate the fritos. If you ask for ectra chili you are charged way more than you should be. I was told they were only allowed to put so much chili on your order. Cut back on the fritos do something besides charging extra for the right amount of chili.

We ate here for the first time today and were very impressed! We had burgers which were awesome. The staff was very friendly and continued to check on us throughout our meal to make sure we were doing okay. The owner (I assume) even came around and spoke to everyone. The restaurant was clean and it was overall a great experience, we will definitely be back!
