They let a group of people bring a did in. That was barking and wanted to jump up on guests that didn't care for dogs. This used to be a place that was the spotlight but it has gone down over the years . I just went bc my son was in town .
Parking: It was spacious bc there were only about 15 people in there. I just went to shoot pool and the family had a drink.

I think the commodes are too low, especially for older people. the room had dirty carpet with roaches here and there. microwave not working in room. Also lighting in room very dim. overall an ok room but could've been better for the price.
The carpet appeared never to have been vacuumed. Specifically, there were hair balls and dead bugs on the carpet. I have no intention of ever staying there again and wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

Excellent facility to stay when traveling thru the area on the way to other destinations. for a little down time. I was on business traveling and had to find a point between. This was an excellent choice. From check-in staff and facility to the room access, parking, the room, breakfast and check out. Staff excellent at all interactions. Will be staying here again as business again takes me thru the area.

I always stay at this location, it is definitely the best place to stay if you are looking for somewhere if you are visiting Helena- West Helena. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, location is great.

Beware make sure that the door on your room locks press the handle up and down with or without keycard. Our room did not need a keycard to enter however, we notice and was switch to another room. This could have been a disaster.
