I love Krispy Kreme donuts! Am from Cali, so Krispy Kreme is known out there and the line is huge! BUTTTT the customer services is horrible! She wasn't friendly and she closed the window without saying thank you or bye. Left me with the word saying bye to her and drove away talking smack about the services lol!!!

This place used to be amazing. They had great staff, a happy vibe and great donuts! Now, the staff is constantly changing. They’re rude. Not to mention they have a horrific wasp problem and Everytime you open your window in the drive through you are hit with at least 5 wasps flying at you and trying to get into your car. This has been MONTHS. It’s just sad when you see a place go from great to subpar.

I pre-ordered 2 boxes of holiday donuts from their website only to arrive after driving in the rain for 30 minutes and be told they didn't have the donuts in stock. When I ordered, the website asking me for my email and phone number. It's puzzling that no one bothered to reach out and contact me. In addition, they offered me two boxes of regular donuts, but never refunded me the difference.

One thing I always love about Krispy Kreme is all the cute designs/decorations on the donuts. Personally I could do with a little less glaze sometimes as it can be overly sweet but all in all, decent donuts. Especially the creme or jelly filled ones, those are my personal favorites.
