We ordered the fish & chips. I Was not pleased with the order. I have gotten better! So sad, I really wanted fish & chips that evening! Looks like a "GO" place for family or friends. But needs a better cook, larger pieces, more experience with presenting food!

My husband and I started once a week date night in January of 2022. Every Friday, we get pizza and watch movies. With a handful of exceptions for holidays and closures, we have gotten pizza once a week from G&F for two years now.Sadly, our family is moving away from Benson at the end of this month to his next duty station. And one of the things we'll miss most is G&F pizza on Friday nights. The staff is welcoming, they greet him by name, they wave to my son from the kitchen (not quite 2 yet). The pizza is always hot and delicious and it's been the bright spot of our week.I cannot recommend G&F pizza enough. Thank you for everything.-Dearyk and Domenic

Very bland pizza crust. The toppings were good and hot. Ate here Sunday 3-4-24 at noon. I could have got past the pizza but when I used the rest room it was filthy. The toilet was streaked with waste and looks like it hadn’t seen a brush in weeks. The urinal was full of water almost overflowing. We won’t be back.

My wife & I have been visiting this place for a few years now. We tend to visit about once a month. It varies between lunch or dinner, but mainly dinner's.This is a family owned pizza joint that has a decent menu of other items. They have a beer, wine & soft drinks. There is a game room off the main dining area. Seating is primarily tables & chairs but there are a few small boots as well.We come here for the PIZZA, mainly the Dallas and always a couple of Blue Moon (on tap!)The pizza is great, the appetizers, we get the fried zucchini & mushrooms, are always great. The wait staff has always treated us well. All in all, this is a winning place. I recommend visiting and having some pizza!

We’ve come to Benson for winter for over 10 years now. We used to love the food and service at G&F but it is not the same quality and service it use to be. There is very little sauce or toppings on the pizza… mostly thick bread. (Although one time that it had more cheese on it, the box must have been tossed or dropped because most of the topping had slipped to one side.). The 20ish waitress acted like she was high - she keep laughing at my last name (Elmore) calling back to the kitchen staff non-stop ‘Elmo’ is here…hahaha…ELMO…(unprofessional, immature and inappropriate).If this is a family business, I’d suggest hiring more qualified people if you want your business to thrive.

G&F service VERY slow. Employees playing grab-ass in the kitchen, another employee eating while in the kitchen. Took a LONG time for a simple pizza that was not great. By comparison R&R Pizza has a professional staff and good food.

While the pizza was still hot when i arrived to pick up.....the crust was under done and not very tasty. Pretty sure its pre made pressed frozen crust like you get in a grocery store frozen pizza. Will look at the other options in Benson. Too bad....at least pre made refrigerated dough would make a lot better product.
