My server was extremely nice and helpful. I got an appetizer and drink while i was there and then ordered a entree to bring back to my room. I got a lemon drop and i was expecting those small martini glasses but i actually got a fair sized drink. I think there was a little too much bacon on the scallops and the pasta was a little under cooked but everything still tasted good.

We were staying at the hotel and since we were tired, we decided to eat in the restaurant so we could have a 'quick' dinner without going elsewhere. We were informed right away that several items were unavailable, which was fine. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a burger and waited a full hour for our food. There were only 3 small tables of customers when we arrived, so we had no idea there was an issue until other tables started leaving without eating and saying they couldn't wait any longer. We finally flagged down our server (she was very good at not glancing our way for a long time), and told us they were also serving the bar, which is in a completely different part of the hotel, and that our food would be out in 5 minutes. Another 12 minutes and it finally showed up while we were trying to find someplace else to eat. She then tells us she'll give us about 50% off our meals, but only gave 30% off when the check came. Not a good experience.

We walked into the bar to eat, no one greeted us. We finally asked if we could get some menus, the lady at the bar said they’re not serving food in the bar until another hour. This was at 12:00pm. She said we could go over to their dining room and order food. So we walked across the hall to do dining room and the lady said we’re not serving food for another 20-30 minutes, she wasn’t nice either. We didn’t even eat here but it was super uninviting. We went across the street to the “Bisbee table” great food and great service, go there instead.

Tried to go here for lunch. Apparently they close at 1pm (not 3:30pm like said so on website). Also, no vegan options anymore and their menu is outdated as well. All of this confirmed with the waiter. Please update your website!Dietary restrictions: Not Vegan friendly.

had dinner there yesterday … was waiting 15min to get seated, another 20min to get my drink, another 30min to get my food (without fork&knife!) … ok, they have been short on waitresses, but on a saturday they should be prepared differently … it‘s sad to see an historical landmark on such a low level

There were too few staff to serve breakfast. The food was OK, but not superior. The price is commensurate with post-Covid inflation.

Well I guess I Ishould have read the reviews before we went. The next clue should have been the almost empty dinning room. Our waitress informed us when we were looking at the menu that several items were not available. The first was why I came to this restaurant the bacon cover scallops. the second was why my husband wanted to eat here and that was pizza no pizzas. Due to the fact that we were very tired we decided to stay and find something we wanted. Dinner was fine until my husband wanted a piece of cake. She was happy get that for him she said along with a refill on his drink. Well…after about 10-15 min no cake and no refill. We asked another waiter and he ended up getting it for us making excuses for the waitress. About 15 min after the cake was ordered a large group came in it was obvious that they we coming because they was busy getting the table ready while we ate. At that time was when we asked the other waiter to get the cake and drink and our bill so we wouldn’t get stuck waiting to pay. Luckily he was accommodating. We were able to finally leave while she was taking the order of the large group. We won’t be back with the combination of things that went wrong we won’t take another chance.

My husband and I were on a American Red Cross deployment and stayed at the Copper Queen hotel. We had dinner at the Spirit Room. Destiny was our waitress. She is also the co-owner of the hotel. She was absolutely a breath of fresh air. She is the GREATEST person. We will come back!

Sat outside for 15-20 mins and never greeted or given menus. It’s like we were invisible. Waitress helped 2 other tables besides us but she never even looked at us or bothered us. If you want to be ignored please go here. Left after 20
