Not the best service I've ever seen very small quantity for cones I've never seen them so small. Drive-thru is a nightmare. They've got weird concrete bumpers that are easy to drive over I have about $1,000 damage to my car I'm going to send the company a bill or at least this franchisee whoever they are. They should have something high enough for you can see it when you're exiting they have it when you enter but not when you exit it's a real hazard. They will be hearing from me.

March 20 was a good day. Even though there was a line that reached into the highway for 1 dollar ice cream and we waited for 30 minutes, the staff always gave the best service to everyone.

Staff need to make sure they’re not cross contaminating. Last night (St Patrick’s Day) I ordered a mint oreo blizzard, and on my spoon there was peanut butter on the back side of the spoon. Luckily I’m not allergic, but what if the next person is? That is a health hazard and disgusting. I tossed it because I don’t know what else my cup or spoon may have touched. Waste of money.. The drive through attendant is rude, saying “is that all” after each item I try ordering makes the experience feel rushed and unwelcoming.

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate. Had Chocolate syrup instead of the Coco fudge it's supposed to have, and barely any at that. Not the first time this has happened

I typically don't review big chain restaurants. I've been to this DQ a few times now when I visit the Bullhead area. The employees are what makes this a 5 star review for me. They are courteous, cheerful, and are quick to fill your order. The soft serve dipped ice cream is top notch. The lobby is clean and bright. What more could you ask for with a restaurant like this?
