A nice surprise located in the Chandler fashion center food court. They serve paninis which is just what we wanted. Turkey and Swiss cheese plus a small side salad. Beautifully presented and tasted yummy. It was so good we went back for a Tropical crepe with fresh bananas and strawberries. Delicious! It appeared that there was only one employee on shift maybe the owner, but she handled a busy day and was able to juggle taking orders and making the food graciously and singlehandedly. At no time did I ever feel rushed. Great customer service and delicious unique food. So good I will definitely be back!

We have never been here before & will never go back. We walked up to the counter where no one was around. We noticed a mirror that looked into the back & saw two employees sitting down. One looked up & saw us & stayed seated. The other slowly made her way to us. We also noticed a very dirty counter. Half a banana was peeled & left while turning brown, there was strawberry pieces on another utensil, & the counter had not been wiped down from whenever the last customer was there. We left and went to Cinnabon.

So the crepes here are fantastic. Love em. But they need to hire better staff. On a Friday night (tonight) for 35 minutes starting shortly after 7 pm, both people on staff took a break at the same time, just leaving out a small sign saying “On break.” I really wanted a crepe, so I waited. But while I waited, at least 5 groups of people came, waited a short time, and left. I can’t imagine how much business the owner is losing by allowing (perhaps unknowingly) staff to take their breaks simultaneously. But that’s a ridiculous amount of time to not have anyone at the counter while customers are waiting and leaving. I’ll still come back because I love their crepes, but I wouldn’t always be willing to wait that long.

Jaden rescued our lost stuffed cow for nephew! Nephew was distraught and Jaden got it for us! Bought ice cream here just to thank him and turned out amazing!

The ice cream and shakes are delicious! More importantly though one of their employees named Jayden really went above and beyond when providing excellent customer service! My toddler forgot his stuffed animal in one of the cars at the food court. He dropped his stuffed animal cow while riding one of those cars. We left without his favorite stuffed animal. We realized that we forgot the cow when we arrived at home. So we called one of the restaurants in the food court. I told Jayden that "our three year old left a stuffed animal by the cars." "Do you happen to see anything over there?" Jayden said "why yes I see a cow!" That made our day! Jayden secured the cow for us. We drove back, picked up the cow and bought some ice cream from Jayden the cow rescuer!!

Server wore a mask but no gloves. Handled money. prepared cones and did not wash hands in between. Used bare hands to apply caramel popcorn, piece by piece to my cone. YUK! For $6 plus per cone would at least expect good hygiene, Covid or not. Noticed that when he left, two new servers were also not masked or gloved. Won't go there again.

The waffle maker was broken and the crepe was pretty good but nothing to write home about.

Their pricing display doesn't match the register. Says 5.99 for a milkshake the register charges a dollar more. Clerk says the sign hasn't changed yet. Sounds shady. Oh, Ask for chocolate shake get a vanilla shake. Avoid at all costs. I get inflation is hurting but be honest please.

Waited at the counter over 5 mins. You can see in the mirror they have that person working there is sitting in the back on the floor on their cell phone.

Pro-tip: You can get BOGO free deals from Facebook advertisements. You can ask to sample the soft serve swirl-ins. Highlights: Their concept of swirl-in flavors is really unique and I've never seen it before. I like the concept of a dipped cone, but I thought theirs was a bit thick and I could have done with a lighter dipping so it wasn't as overwhelming. Really appreciated them letting us sample the swirl in because we ultimately ended up changing our order based on the sample. Lowlights: While the swirl in concept is neat, I really wish they had a way to incorporate more the swirl in flavors as it ends up being 95% a vanilla cone. Without the BOGO free deal, I think it's a touch expensive for what's essentially a simple soft serve, in a sugar cone that's the same one at McDonalds, and it's overall pretty short. They had someone training make one of ours and immediately I noticed it was shorter and not done as well which is disappointing.
We called to ask how late they were open - according to all of their listings it is 9pm but figured we would double check. The guy who answered said they stopped taking orders at 8:50. we walked up to their walk up (as they are in the mall food court now), at 8:42 to find nobody there and a filthy area. a kid finally walked out, stared blankly at us while saying nothing and just started packing things up. literally said not a single word.

Small shop, local owner/operator. Amazing creamy soft cream with swirl in flavoring. Never had anything quite like it. Very rich and flavorful without being super sweet. Coffee was also great. Highly suggest giving it a try, but know this is not your standard American ice cream, this is soft serve creamy cream ice cream at its best.

Crepes were very tasty and the staff was very friendly. Grace helped me even though she was new and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Worst savory crepe I have ever eaten. The eggs were microwaved. It was rolled up like a burrito instead of folded. The crepe was tasteless and gummy.

Gotta love that dipped ice cream in the Arizona heat. The chocolate is rich and delicious and the ice cream is nice and soft. Love it, definitely a go to spot for a sweet treat
