I wish I would’ve took pictures. That restaurant was disgustingly dirty. We were given silverware with a dirty napkin. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce was so gritty. I feel like this location gets worse every time. We went at Christmas and it was really good but that was the first time it was good in a really long time so we went back again and of course it was awful.

A place to be calm, eating delicious food, the dishes are spectacular, we arrived before 3pm wanting to eat Lunch, we waited 10 to 15 minutes because we had to wait for the table and the menu indicated until 3pm, the hostess asked the Manager if I could make it valid, although we asked for lunch we also asked for normal dishes and lunch for the children and yes!... They made it valid for us. The waitress was not so attentive with the service but that does not stop us from going again. Thank you.

We got take out for a huge meeting the other day and they were right on time and everything was hot and delicious!
Really active , and patient service. Brady was exceptional was at our service at all times. They apologized for not having a table ready but got to work to give us the best service. Food was on point and very savory.
I got Chicken Parmigiana today, which I have ordered several times before. Today, the chef melted the slices of cheese on top of the spaghetti instead of on top of the chicken. I was bewildered and disappointed. Picture this: two breaded chicken patties covered in spaghetti sauce, and off to the side, a pile of spaghetti noodles with two slices of cheese melted on it. It was bizarre and reminded me of a school lunch or something. I would not eat here if I had not been given a gift card.I am editing this review to add that Olive Garden responded to me promptly and gave me a gift card to replace this meal. I ordered the same dinner from the same location and it was exactly as pictured on the menu, like past visits. I am changing my review from three to four stars. I think the price is a bit high.

This is the worst Olive Garden in the valley. I have been going to Olive Garden twice a week for 6 years, always picking up Togo orders and this location has the worst customer service, always gives me trouble over requests I make, always takes forever to answer the phone, and forgets things I order. I’m at the point where I go to Olive Garden way less because I know I will always walk away from the experience furious at the incompetence of the employees. I miss living in Tempe for the Olive Garden experience. (My requests are always reasonable and I always tip even though I’m picking up to go)
