Great sandwiches and service but if you're going to charge $20 for a sandwich please don't put pressure on the customer by asking for a tip. I don't come back to places that do this. If I'm wrong please let me know and I'll remove my review, I just recall there being a tip option, and many of us are getting tired of every place asking for tips, as it puts pressure on the customer to pay more for either better quality or to not feel like our food will be messed with. Not enough businesses appreciate the discomfort this places on most people and it's hard not to imagine many of these places adding tips instead of paying their employees more with the increased prices.Thanks.

Ordering on the digital menu takes too long and didn't even submit the order. Waited forever and then asked staff and they said they didn't have the order at all. Don't go here until they go back to a normal menu.

Not only did he treat me with the utmost courtesy, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I got the best sandwich tailored to my preferences. The fact that this place would serve the food they served us tonight is appalling. First of all these have got to be the skimpiest sandwiches of any sandwich shop I have been to. This location was bad 2 years ago and is even worse now. If you don’t have ingredients to make sandwiches that you have on DoorDash or Grub Hub then take them down don’t substitute completely different ingredients and serve them anyway. If you want a sandwich that is basically stale bread one slice of meat one slice of cheese and half of the toppings you select then this the place for you! Who ever owns this franchise needs to reevaluate what it takes to be a business owner.
Not only where we missing plenty of our items, but the sandwich was supposed to be hot. It’s extremely cold. This place is disgusting! The roof of my mouth is already hurting because the bread is so dry and disgusting! ?

Kind of disappointed these days they used to be the best. The very beginning when they first started their system for sandwiches was great check off what you wanted on your sandwich on a paper bag and they also had premade options as well. Then they changed the ordering process again this time the paper bags it was mostly just the premade options, now they changed it to a kiosk with just premade options no bag. Bring back the OG ordering style! Oh did you change the bread you use too?
