My large Caesar salad did not come with the grill chicken. The big H had stale sausage that the manager was excusing as a different sausage brand and the bread was not cooked all the way through. It was still doughy and the employee who was working was too busy on her phone that she didn’t know I was standing there until I rattled my keys. I’ve lived in Flagstaff for more than 25 years and this has been the worst experience ever.

Used to love this place and it’s just ruined. Food is never on time, I even set a time for pickup and I get there and they tell me it’ll be out in two minutes. They don’t tell me it’s ready until 15 minutes later. To add to this, I’ve been coming to fratellis for the last 12 years. Food quality and service just isn’t the same. Save yourself and go with the competition, NiMarcos is better all around these days.
