Service was terrible server was more worried about socializing with a girl at a table than doing his job. Brought us the wrong drinks and just shrugged and said he will get the next round right. We finished our meals by the time our horseradish was brought out. Terrible

honestly food was great our waitress seemed great at first but then after taking our order we didn't see again until after we got our food drinks we're not re filled table was not cleared from appetizers my husbands steak came out wrong so they had to get him a new one we had to ask for his side three times and as we're getting out to go containers we ask the waitress and apparently they were still working on that chili from the time he ordered his dinner to the time we left and then when we spoke to 'one of the managers' they were no help. i was surprised with the service here wich is a shame bc everything else was great!

I normally don't have an issue with Texas Roadhouse, especially in Phoenix. Came here for my birthday weekend and was disappointed with the entire experience. First, I went inside to grab my online to-go order and was told to walk outside to wait for it in the cold. When I went to the take-out window, they tell me they're going to send me a text when the order is ready. I didn't order it and text messaging isn't available in the woods where the phone is that ordered it, only WiFi. So I'm stuck outside in the freezing cold waiting for them to tell me when it's ready. 20 minutes after their estimated time for pickup, I headed to the cabin only to find out that the steak was over well-done, when medium was ordered. The salmon and the rest of the food were good. In hindsight, I should have asked how long it was going to be before the order was ready. Then I could have gone inside, sat down in a warm environment and let somebody know to bring my order to me when it was ready.

It was freezing! The cold air was blowing on us the whole time ! I asked multiple times for them to adjust it. It’s winter time and they have the air conditioner on!! We were not able to enjoy our meal it was so cold. The servers were in coats and sweatshirts. The food is always good but the music is too loud and it’s uncomfortable temperature!

Horrible service! The staff up front are very rude and speak volumes to what service you will receive the rest of your visit. 4 girls standing around socializing while other staff are running around like chickens with their heads cut off on a busy night. Waste of payroll and a very bad image of the management if this is the business model. The manager on duty (Michael W.) said that this is the Texas Roadhouse model and I find it very unproductive and unprofessional. Only once I started voicing my concerns as our initial 55 min wait turned to an hour and 20 min (potential) did the social group dispense and actually start working (after watching them stand in a huddle chatting for over 20 min). Very disappointed in the direction this location is heading as under prior management the service given was more elevated than what we have been experiencing. We do frequent this location often as we have had better service in the past and we understand there are always the ones offs.......but unfortunately they are now creating a trend of poor service and no care for those they are there to service so not trending well. Go elsewhere and get better service, attentive staff, and equal or better food. Or eat here and be ok with sub par service and food.
