I visit this location often for delivery pickups (Uber Eats driver) whenever I come to this locations pickup window and the curly blonde that works the register she always takes at least 3 to 5mins before she acknowledges me. She will look at me and turn and walk away, (no customers) And then when she finally ask me who I'm picking up for, I always wait 10 to 12 mins before she brings the order over...not sure if she does this on purpose or if the orders are never ready. Other people will come in to the pickup window and she'll help them right away and bring thier orders out. But this morning around 9am I went in for a pickup and I was expecting a long wait. The curly blonde was at the register, she looked at me but didn't speak like usual. However, Janiece walked over to prepare some drinks, when she looked at me she immediately acknowledges that she'll be right with me...she filled the drinks and said "what's the name you're picking up for" she then went to the back and brought the order out. I asked her name to make this review because she was very helpful and has great customer service skills. Thanks Janiece!

I have been going here for 25 years. It has changed hands a few times and has lost the friendliness of a franchisee. Just a bunch of kids working.

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner Mason and had a wonderful conversation. He did indeed get more order completed and it will be here any minute. Thank you Mason for listening to your customers without judgment but WITH understanding and kindness. ?This is really more of an attempt to make actual contact with someone at the store as no one answers the phone.I love Bagel Nosh but the number of problems I’ve had with my last 3-4 orders has become tiresome. Today I received someone else’s order. I contacted Uber Eats and they completely refunded my order. I went back to reorder and now Bagel Nosh is not accepting new orders but I can schedule it for TWO hours later. I understand that you get busy but with no way to contact you for mistakes, the customer is the one suffers. This mistake falls on both Bagel Nosh and Uber Eats. UE did their part by refunding my complete order but Bagel Nosh has failed by not taking new orders AND for not giving me a way to contact you directly and promptly. ?

Had tried them a while back, and had problems with a groupon. Although it wasn't a big deal, since the food was good, I decided to try them again. Stopped in to get 2 bagels and a drink around 10, and after waiting 20 minutes already, and thinking my name got called at one point, only for someone else to grab it, I then started noticing other people who had came in later getting their food. I went and asked if my order had been called, and they asked if my order was something else, and after telling them it wasn't, they found the ticket, and made it. After a few minutes, they proceeded to call out the same name as me, with someone who never came up while I continued to wait. Took over 30 minutes to get a couple of bagels, when it could have been half that time if the counter person handing it out had checked to make sure duplicate names were at least picked up correctly. Although the food is decent, was kind of disappointed in how long it took. Might go back to buy bagels al a cart, but probably won't get a bagel/sandwich again after this last experience.

UPDATE 1/7/24 So same women decided to try and get me fired from my delivery job. All because i asked why it was taking so long for a sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. As it was a delivery order for grubhub and i had waited 10 minutes and they were prioritizing orders with no one there to pick them up. So they failed at wrongly getting me fired. If it happens again i will have to seek legal action as this has gone too far. This place needs real help. These people dont like their jobs and like to take it out on delivery drivers for some reason. Im a Veteran on top of all of this. Sad place of business. 1/6/24 we have 5 people 3 not doing anything and an order for 2 bagels for delivery and they are dancing and drinking and eating. Completely unprofessiona. 12/16/23 THE OLD GUY WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER IS AN A HOLE. BOSSING CUSTOMERS AROUND. LUCKY IM ONLY DOING DELIVERY. THIS VETERAN WOULD PUT YOU IN YOUR PLACE.Completely ignore delivery drivers and barely recognize regular customers when in. They rather talk to themselves. Blonde manager rather complain about people not being there than actually working.

Horrible business practice. Found this place through Groupon and went to try them out. When we arrived, we mentioned it was our first visit and had a Groupon and were told they aren't taking Groupons currently and was told I could go on Groupon to get my money back. So, this company decided to no longer honor the offers they chose to make and I have to spend additional time getting my money back. What a terrible introduction to this shop. They could have had a lifelong customer (we eat bagels regularly and are always excited to find new places and this one was right on the way to work) Instead, we won't be back and will move on to the next shop that is excited for new customers.*re: owner response. I spoke to Groupon and when it was purchased back in Sept, they were authorized by your company and the Groupon hadn't expired. Groupon doesn't refund people, it's a process to get a credit with them. So I've been inconvenienced wasting time and money. It's your business, you have the right to chose not to honor the deal you offered and I have the right to find that disappointing and tell people about it.

I've been to this location a couple of years ago and it was OK. I recently saw a Groupon for it and purchased two- one for me and one for my kids to go out to breakfast one day. This morning, my daughter and I decided to use one of them before it expires in a few days. We drove nearly 10 miles to get there. The Groupon was for two $15 vouchers. I approached the counter and asked the employee how it works. She told us that they aren't currently taking Groupons. I asked why and she said they contacted Groupon and told them they won't be taking them. OK, so what do I do with the $20 I've spent on this them? She told me to contact Groupon. No apology, no concern in the world. I was already upset about this, having gone out of our way to come to this place, but I decided to just order anyway. As we waited for the food, I managed to start a chat with Groupon. They refused to give me my money back because they only do that within 3 days after purchase. I told them that the merchant is refusing to take the Groupon. They also didn't care. So, I'm out my money, out my food, and when our bagels came out, the cream cheese was watery and tasteless and the bagel wasn't "twice baked" as I requested, but undercooked. I promise I'm not just saying this because of the Groupon situation. It truly was mediocre, at best. The whole experience was sucky. The least they could do is to honor something with the Groupon. They've lost costumers now and have gotten bad reviews because of it. A place with good customer service would have tried to make things right even if they have a dispute with Groupon. That's not the customer's problem. Don't make it ours! Do the right thing. I don't need to hear from the owner about how long they've been there or how many people love it. Lots of people have terrible taste. Otherwise, McDonald's wouldn't be in business. Just thoroughly disappointed in the entire experience.
