My friend and I gave Postinos a second chance. We went for lunch on a Monday. I highly recommend to have lunch here as there are many specials going on at this hour. The Donuts was Delicious dessert choice. The service was wonderful and David and Logan provided wonderful costumes service.

All around solid establishment. From the team approach to service, drink and food selections, location, and atmosphere. Hard to find a flaw. One of our go to spots that I would highly recommend.
I've never had a bad experience at this place. From first dates, to bridal showers, to work happy hour the food and service are always amazing. And I absolutely love the selection of drinks. It's always one of my first recommendations to people for downtown Gilbert.

Love it here. My family and friends and I all love this location. Service is great. Food is great. Vibe is even better.

Abnormally bad service that was not only responsible for several delays during our experience, but culminated in our server stating that he did not have a knife to give us to cut a cake. Unless this is a state of the art kitchen that cuts everything with lasers, this is one of if not the most preposterous statements I have ever heard from a full service restaurant/bar. Just ask your self a series of questions to understand the absurd totality of “Not having a knife.” :1. How do they cut the sandwiches?2. How do they cut the bread to make the sandwiches?3. How do they trim or prepare any of the animal based products in their kitchen?4. How do they open products? Spoons and Forks?5. How do they cut the bruschetta that they serve? With their hands? (or as previously mentioned, a commercial only product that slices ready to serve food with such precision and temperature control that you wouldn’t even realize the laser cut it. It even mimics the pressure of the bread as you would normally incur when pressing down on the loaf before cutting it. It’s that good.)Really? To make matters worse the service staff was essentially non-existent during the entirety of our stay. This only magnified the growing realization that the service here was for the restaurants sake, not the customers. You can argue that this is a bar, and for posterity sake let’s say it is a bar. I’ve still had better service at a traditional bar, because they have an incentive to refill your drink (Hint: money). Clearly Postinos does not have these same incentives In mind. What they do have in mind however, clearly isn’t reaching the customers in a productive or positive manner. In case you wanted to know what we cut the cake with, we took his suggestion, a used butter knife on the table. Probably some ingenious cost cutting measurement the management implemented. The economy is crashing after all. Except this time, it’s not the GDP that’s shrinking in our country, it’s the respect and diligence offered by local restaurants like this one.

The wife and I had the Bruschetta board and Steak Tip Panini...OMG sooo damn good. The both of us absolutely love Bruschetta and are always on the look out for a great Bruschetta and my goodness we sure did find some here. We got the 4 Bruschetta board, they were all great but we got the Mexican Corn, as one of our choices, and it blew me away...if you go here Do Not leave without trying it. The Panini was amazing also. Our dinner experience creeped into my dreams last night, we cannot wait to go back and try some other dishes.

Food service atmosphere great! My favorite brunch spot so far!! Great drinks and bruschetta boards are so fab, so different. Tuesdays after 8pm you can get a bottle of wine and any bruschetta board for $40. SECRET SAUCW: they have a list of select wines that you can literally take "to-go" after you're finished with your meal, call it in, can even get a whole box - only $20 a bottle. If you cork the bottle during your meal from the select list, I believe the bottle is $24ish.
It's our favorite place! My husband and I get take out from here every Friday!!! Everyone who works here is great! Grace, was so kind when we accidentally received the wrong order! She made it right and went above and beyond!!! Thank you!!!

Victoria was an incredible server and a happy pleasant person. Since it was our first time there, she gave us great recommendations. We were there for the early happy hour and will definitely come back.
We stopped in for drinks after a work meeting. It was pretty busy so we opted to sit at the bar rather than wait for a table. The bartender was very attentive and helped us choose the best wine. We ordered and shared the charcuterie board which was perfect for the three of us and a great addition to go with the wine. It was very busy but the location itself was so nice and open inside. Bathroom was also super clean.

Tried the brucshetta plate and the bread was so overly toasted it tore up the inside of my mouth. Food was also super Salty. The wait staff, however, was super delightful and the atmosphere was good as a whole. If the place just had better food it'd be worth it to go back.
