This place could barely keep it together during the Final Four. I don't know how they handle Cardinals home games either. Buffalo Flatbread was actually quite good, but it took nearly 45 madhouse minutes for our first drinks and eats to arrive.I'm sure off-game day experience is better, but this place's whole reason for existing is to serve stadium crowds pre-game.

A waitress name Vanessa was walking pass minding her business…I had asked for a to go container and it was never brought to me but I stopped her and when I say she went above & beyond. Im visiting from Wisconsin and at home I would of been ignored ; she has great team work, she briught containers for my food and my sauces, on top of packing it I so love her!!!

Walked in to grab some food. We asked the hostess at the front if they were still serving food and she said last call was in 5-10 min and bar closes at 1am. So we asked if we can grab a seat and order food immediately before it closes. She says yes. We're seated and we decide we only wanted cheese curds. We waited for 20 min and no one came to take our order. Not even offered water. Finally someone notices and asked if we had been helped. We say no and she rushes over to see who our waitress is. She runs back and says she'll try to find her. Another employee jumps in to help find our elusive waitress. Another 5 or so minutes go by and finally a waitress shows up just to tell us that the kitchen and bar are closed for the night. Lovely. We left hungry and all we wanted was cheese curds. Horrible service.

I don’t recommend the New Orleans style pasta being from New Orleans it’s definitely not what I expected. The Chicken nachos were dry but my son’s bbq chicken sandwich was ok. The martini’s were great especially the S’mores one.

Came for my girls birthday dinner they ran out of the steak fritas, fries, and well it took forever for the food by far my worst experience for bar Louis at least for this location was very disappointing no bday offering ? so next time I will choose the Tempe location next

Bar Louie at westgate was so good ! Amazing service and speed and delicious food! Some of the best wings I’ve ever had in Phoenix and the truffle fries ?? ! Can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu ! ?❤️
