I love the service and people at Dutch Bros - it’s/they’re friendly and sincere. However, my drinks are always hit or miss. The taste is not always consistent and often they make it wrong.

They need to learn the method of walking cars up as they’re taking orders, so the line is actually accurate on which side is shorter. Often times I’ll go to the shorter line, and then suddenly they move the other side up 3 car spaces and I get cut 3x by the next cars who come in.

As always, the coffee is pretty decent. Every time I come here they never get my order right, and the customer service isn't nearly as good as my usual go-to Dutch Bros near my house. To be fair, it's hard to beat the phenomenal customer service and drink quality as the one nearer to me, lol.
