I've came here on multiple occasions now, and all occasions have been pick up. Every single time on the online page I select pick up ASAP, and it gives me an estimated ready time. It never fails when I get there they just start making the sandwich. The second time I asked the gentleman why it takes so long when my online confirmation says it'll be ready in 15-20m and he stated "per policy our subs are made and served warm" I get that, however for pick up it should work different, I choose pick up to get in & out quick not wait 20m for a sub. Left 3 stars bc the veggie/ vegan options are super delicious. Maybe if they work on the online orders first when we get there that can help with waiting extra time bc when I waited 20m for my order it was during lunch rush & ppl that had just placed their order before I checked in got their food before me when I had placed online minutes ago.

Horrible service placed order on line and was told when got there that there policy is not to start food until you are there to pick it up however they waited until after 10 min to even start order. Why have an online order when they do not honor it. I asked for the manager and was told that the guy helping me was the owner. I have no words, ordered on line at 1:00 pm and did not walk out with order until 1:55 PM.

First time here. Delicious! Sandwich was huge and extremely tasty - not your standard sub. Really juicy and stuffed with filling. They have a great selection of options for non-traditional diets, like vegan and halal. Staff is also great - super friendly.

The food is wayyy too expensive and the service is so slow. My friend and I just got a couple of sandwiches, no fries or sides or anything, and it took them over 20 minutes to prepare the food. There was one order ahead of us who hadn’t gotten their food yet. I really don’t understand what took them so long.

Literally one of my most favorite places, yea the prices are a bit much but it’s lowkey worth it and everytime I go the staff is amazing/attentive. I don’t remember the guys name but last tues around 12 pm he made my sandwich and it was so good I just about ordered 20 more. Shout out to him.

HOWEVER this particular location doesn't have the super long list of menu items in comparison to some of the other locations I've been to (line in Houston TX). Nonetheless the sandwiches are always on point. Also definitely recommend signing up for their loyalty program to get discounts.
Horrible sandwich. I wouldn’t waste your money. 2 sandwiches 30 bucks. I got a vegan meatball sandwich (really doubt if it was vegan). I had to scrape off some weird stuff have no idea what it was. Only thing good was the bread. Also waited over 30 mins for the 2 sandwiches and it wasn’t busy. Absolutely won’t be back.

I never really write reviews unless it’s something good or bad . I decided to get a sandwich and Fries during football Sunday . Of course it was super busy but that’s not an issue . My first time going i placed my order and worker let me know it will be 30-45 min wait . I said that’s fine i don’t mind . It got busy fast and they were behind but it was only two workers . They stayed calm when people were yelling at them about the time and how they are moving slow , when in reality he let everyone know their wait time before accepting payment ! They worked their butts off and eventually came up with a great strategy to make the sandwiches faster . I’ve never seen such hard workers before . The sandwich was really good ! Kinda pricey but still amazing . I would definitely go back ! I also needed help with my food and the worker stopped what he was doing to help me with my food ! I highly recommend this place ! I wish i knew the workers name but he was shift leader P with dreads and red crocs .
