It was a great quality, fast food spucy. chicken sandwich. The only thing I'd critique is there was way too much mayonnaise. I patted off & happily ate it.A friend took me & said it wasn't too spicy.

cheap food and service here is quality. I like it here always quality food & service. Definitely worth a return visit. Prices are decent for the quality.

If I could give negative starts I would. I received nasty soggy food, the tacos were all falling apart and the bags were all moist and ripped. I asked the manager Yvonne to correct my food and instead of trying to help she started arguing with me. She had an extremely ugly attitude and face. She refused to give me the district number to report how she was handling the situation. I will never go back here again. Andy and Yvonne have no customer service skills

I used to go here all the time after school. I would usually get 6 tacos and a large curly fry. The food was always done really fast and the service was always good. This is pretty much the only Jack in the box in town that I would go to and they would never mess up my order.

These people don't understand English. I've asked for a plain chicken sandwich two separate times now when I have ordered and sent somebody to other times throughout the last few months. Isn't it easier to just give me the chicken and bread then to smear mayonnaise and add lettuce? Swear you would thing I'm asking them to make rocket fuel or that I wasn't aloud to customize my own food lol

I understand the closing of the dining room. One of the members of my organization attempted to utilize the drive thru and was denied service because he was on a motorcycle. This is his only vehicle. Your employees are discriminating against those of us who only have a motorcycle as a means of transportation. I hope you can fix this issue as I do not want to let the 327,000 motorcyclists in Arizona know that Jack in the Box does not want their business.

Being told to pull around to the front because the timer was running. So.....no customers in line at the drive thru. Guess they need to move the customers along even if the food isn't ready.
