I placed an order online that I never received. I called the store after about an hour and a half of waiting for the order and no one ever answered. I tried to call the customer service line but it goes straight to voicemail which is unfortunate because I needed help atm.

Drive over last night and as usual sign on the door saying store is closed so I have to drive up to 59th and Union Hills. Not gonna loose sleep over it but it's happened far too many times. Usually its "we are outta bread"....sign or I am told when I walk in. Feel sorry for employees if that's truly the case but how do you constantly run outta bread. I'm done going there anymore. O feel like mgmnt really doesnt care.Fireside Subs is closer anyway.

Just one guy working the counter as hard as he can and he deserves some help. Classic example of owners not giving a damn and leaning on their employees to solve their problems. Wouldn’t blame them if he just quit. Slowest service ever cause he’s working alone. Give him some help!!!

During the day absolutely great but later in the evening the customer service is terrible!!! I rarely ever review but after being a customer almost daily far a while I felt I needed to. Numerous Numerous occasions only in the evening I often times try to order around 8 pm & the store closes at 9 pm so you would think that you have enough time. I've been told over and over they are out of bread so they are unavailable to make sandwiches. I have put in online orders and I've been called back after from JJs stating they are out of bread and I would get a refund which I didn't get. I totally understand that they may run our of bread at times but when it's literally almost each day during the week it doesn't make sense. Also I have arrived at this location several times in the evening anywhere between 8pm and 8:20 pm as that's when I'm off of work and the shop is closed when they always close at 9 so they close early all the time. I stopped going here all together. Again during the day no issues whatsoever it's the evening staff.

Ordered delivery from this location today and I just want to recognize the staff for going above and beyond. I guess they were running behind, which I didn’t notice, but the manager called to apologize for any delays and to let me know the driver was on the way. Both the manager and driver were so friendly and considerate. Just want to say thank you!

Awesome service, great tasting sandwich, the associate had great energy and provided perfect service. Even asked about the food and service on the way out….give that guy a promotion. Thank you for everything, lunch was very enjoyable!
First time trying this place, the service was slow and the sandwiches were some of the worst I’ve ever had.. bread was rock hard, they give me three tomatoes and three cucumbers, the Oder was completely wrong only thing they got right was the tuna and that’s not saying much.. so disappointed will never go back.

Terrible service, ordered online right at open, should have been the first delivery. Online said my food would be at my door 30 mins after opening (11:30) it's 12 noon still no food. Called the store , guy answered, told me to hold came back and recited the wrong order. Then found my order supposedly, then lied and said driver was on the way with it. The store is at the next light less than a mile away. Still 25 mins later still no food. I'm sure the driver grabbed my food, but drop someone else's food off who ordered after I did because I order 10 mins before the store even opened. And I tipped on top of a $25, 8" sandwich with chips...... wow careless customer service Vito
