I was just there and ordered a Big Mac with no onions, what I got was a half a Big Mac, meaning their was nothing in between the top 2 buns, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! When I called to tell them they told me to bring it back with the receipt and MAYBE they can give me another one, yep they actually said MAYBE! I'll be contacting corporate with and show them a picture of this ridiculous sandwich

There not to friendly and no smile at all plus got my food & spend over $15.00 dollars as I could have stop at First Watch Restaurant or a Denny's and will got a hello & a smile..... Dining area always filthy. Trash on floor. Spilled soda on beverage bar. Tables never wiped down or clean. Will eat here 2 times per week. Never any attention in the Dining, seated area.

It was 9:30pm and the McDonald's was full-I ordered in the drive thru, two Hot and Spicy add cheese and bacon, double cheese burger and large fry with a Fanta. I received my order at the second window and he threw the bag out the window and shoved it in my car, I asked for ranch and ketchup on the side but was ignored by both people and the door was shut while I was asking. I got home and both my hot n spicy had no chess or bacon on them (as I paid extra for that stuff) and my double cheeseburger was only a single burger. I understand the times need to be down in the drive through for performance reasons but that doesn't give them a reason to ignore customers and shit the door on them.

I ordered the Deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich without tomato and I received my sandwich with tomato. The chicken in the sandwich was what seems like over cooked and stale. I had to ask for the tables to be cleaned.

The new strawberry shortcake McFlurry is delicious! But the food is just not the same I didn't even finish it. Fries taste like old grease and the hot and spicy chicken barely had any sauce just not much flavor.
