They use DoorDash for delivery. So if you have any problems, they direct you to their customer support line who does nothing, or DoorDash, who does nothing. Pizza Hut does not care about their customers. Driver shows up, didn’t even get out of his car. I had to go to his window. The smell of weed was impossible to miss and my bags reeked of it. Dashers don’t have change either, so good luck if you don’t want change…. Horrible experience. Go elsewhere…

So far I have tried this place two times and each time I ordered the same pizza (supreme with a stuffed crust) Breadsticks and Cinnabons and I have been satisfied I don’t remember Pizza Hut being this good not sure if it’s employees or if this location just goes out of their way. I usually order at night ! Shout out to the night

I always use this store for delivery. There's not really any way to eat in. From order submission to delivery in my hands, it usually takes about 40 minutes. Not bad.

Bought the brownies, they were dried out on top Wernt as good at all as the first time I had them probably the other Pizza Hut. I won't buy them again from that one.

Went to store yesterday evening purchased a triple treat box was very disappointed I spent 31.92 on this box when getting home it just had sauce and toppings no cheese tried calling store back to let them know what was going on no answer so I waited until morning spoke to a very rude person said he wasn’t head manger but a manger I brought to his attention he told me I could just had it delivery and didn’t understand what that had to do with the mess up how ever I said I would like to speak to person that’s is head manger and proceeded to tell me what the head supervisor was going to say I ask him not to speak on that person behalf because he doesn’t know what that person going to say then he got mad and hung up the phone in my face I’m glad this happened sense I work for BBB as a head supervisor my self we actually go after things that is not right with in company and that customer service was very poor and sad but things happen for a reason

Went to this location that was supposed to be open per webpage. Store was closed. I use public transportation so I had to get back on the bus to return home. Call there customer service number, they stated that the store was open. They attempted to transfer me to store. No answer. After repeating this process 10 times with no answer. I finally decided to give up. This is a sign that the pizza would not be good anyway. Never again will I spend my money at PIZZA HUT
Today is November 10th 2023. The guy working is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. My mother and Daughter came to pick up food today and they guy behind the counter when out of his way to be RUDE TO MY MOTHER. After inquiring ONE TIME about the status of her food , He says " ARE YOU RUSHING ME? " My mother didn't hear understand so he Repeated RUDELY. ARE YOU RUSHING ME??? As a paying customer she has the right to ask about the status of her food without being gaslit by the person REPRESENTING THE COMPANY. My 16 year old daughter was shocked that a worker was talking to a customer like that unprovoked. MAYBE FIND ANOTHER JOB IF THIS ONE IS TOO MUCH TOO HANDLE.

I order from Uber Eats. They charge me $85 and I think they charge $75 for their own order. I think they ripped me off. So am I though I might not order from them no more.
