So went about 8:20pm prior to the dining room closing tonight...Got the wing meal with fries...Everything for ordering the last meal was good except nothing was hot or fresh it was all lukewarm..Fries were soggy and grease consumed the bag. Kind of frustrated by this because last time I went my wings were cold in the center. I will try you out once again at a different time of day but Im sad I got old end of the night food.

Wings were delicious and koolaid on point., UNFORTUNATELY, we won't be eating there again. The dining area is dirty, and the restroom is filthier. The black floors don't hide any of it. Worst of all the front counter help is rude and has a bad attitude. She had absolutely no care for her customers and seemed annoyed.

The customer service is on point. Very friendly staff, and the vibe in the restaurant is really nice, and the food so good. The wings I've never tasted before like these. So bomb!!!

Durning the week my son and I stopped in this chicken joint to try it for the first time, We ordered the Lemon Pepper loaded wings and fries, We waited approx 20 plus minutes but boy was it worth it everything was delicious and very fresh the young boy was very professional that was working in there and waited on us he also let us try some of the little donut things that they have for sale and they were awesome his attitude was just superb we left there raving about the food to everyone we knew that next weekend we thought that we would get the food for the weekend as we don't cook on Fridays when I called the order in the man said it would be 10 minutes I thought that was a little odd because we waited inside 20 to 30 minutes when we ordered inside. My husband ran down to pick the food up when he got there everything was ready he brought the food home and I can see why they said 10 minutes the food was all pre-cooked and was horrible the bones were black inside of the chicken wings does food taste nothing like the food we had discovered during the week I called they put me off several times saying that a manager would call me she never did I made several calls to her about a week later she finally called me back and said they don't return money back but she would see what she could do because the guy that took our order over the phone lied to her and told her that I said I live too far away to bring the food back which was a lie he never asked for me to return it make a long story short she hung up stating that she would talk to the owners and get back with me and assured me that they would make everything right I spent $68 we couldn't eat the food as the chicken was very hard and old I called her back she wasn't there she returned my call the next day and stated that she wasn't going to give me my $68 back and we get became very irate I told her if she if that $68 not that much to her where she could stick it every time I ride by there there's no cars in and parked in the front especially on the weekends nobody goes there I wonder why it's her loss because every Friday we make big orders my family because we do takeouts so it's her loss enjoy my $68 because you ruined our our meal for the weekend why is it the people think when you're black and you call back with a problem that you're looking for something free I can pay for anything that I want me and my husband I've worked all my life and I don't like ugly that's why your parking lot and your stores empty every day and weekends you don't know how to treat people you lost a hell of a lot of money with just my family alone.

Posted a pic of what I ate, it's ok everything was cooked good. Staff was very friendly the one thing I didn't like was the ranch didn't have any taste to it we all know we have to have some goo ranch for your wings or tenders will I come again?? Well maybe I'll try the Tempe location thank you though.

These are the tenders. Limp, mushy slabs of chicken with wet breading straight out of a bag of frozen trash. At least the hot sauce was appropriately hot and the two women working there were very pleasant and helpful. Food sucks though.

The service was amazing and friendly, the food was cooked to perfection. The wing are crispy and coated evenly,so delicious. I've had many wing and hands downs the best wing. I highly recommend this place.
ONE person working and Lobby got packed with people after I ordered. I had to wait for him to take 7 other orders (which took forever) before he even started my food. 40 minutes later I got my food. Greasy. Wrong. Not worth it.

Great food awesome customer service. It was a pleasure to visit this establishment. The small big load is what I had for lunch. The lemon pepper wings was fire! Great season, great crunch and the meat was tender A++

These wings are better than Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings, and any other wings I've had. The Buffalo medium, is a true medium, not a yucky mild like hooters is. My pregnant butt just ate here, and I want to go back and get more.

I love sauced and loaded but I step one foot in this place and walked right out. Other locations look so much cleaner. This one looks dirty and I lost my appetite. I can't believe people eat here because nothing looks sanitary. Other locations are way cleaner and nicer. This location has food poisoning written all over it. Gross.

Chicken was nicely seasoned but they didn't let the oil drain off the tenders in the fryer basket or something because there was a thick layer of grease at the bottom of the box. My onion rings on the side were kinda burnt so didn't eat most of them.
