This place has gone downhill! I spent $36 for 3 combos. I ask for no salt for my mother's fries, the added EXTRA salt. Ask for no ketchup, the put Extra ketchup plus shorted me a large fry. I did the text survey. Their response was to give me free fries and a free cheeseburger WITH A PURCHASE! ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! I AM NO LONGER A SONIC CUSTOMER I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HOPE EVERYONE WHO READS THIS GOES ANYWHERE EXCEPT SONIC!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Seems like you guys would know the difference between blackberry and raspberry? twice ordered blackberry Slush even showed correct on order screen but received raspberry and not even mixed all white slushy ice on top syrup on the bottom. Slushy just aren't that difficult.

I come for the ice cream and am always happy with my order.
I placed my order online at 3:40pm so my husband could pick it up at 4:00pm. Here it is 4:47 and he is still waiting. I have tried to call them 3 times and no one will answer the damn phone. I spent almost $70 tonight for dinner and to be treated this damn bad at a fast food place is ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
