This food chain is horrible with customer service. If you did not get what you ordered, they will only issue a 30 day coupon for it. Then it expires. What a joke.Figure out a better way to fix customer issues. Other places will typically send you a voucher in the mail with no expiration date to redeem when I choose. Often times with extra things I did not ask for. Not saying that’s how it should be but to offer me a 30 day coupon for only the items that were missing (not incorrect) is just unreal.Or the alternative, hire better staff who can read tickets correctly and give the customer what they ordered in the first place.

Took like 20 minutes for someone to answer after I pressed the red button and I'm honestly certain the only reason they answered was cause I finally pressed itit again ike 6 times in a row.

It took 25 minutes to get our food and that was after we sat in a space for 10 minutes with nobody answering the red button. We decided to give them a chance and drive through the drive-thru. That took 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of us. It also looked as though his food was made incorrectly. I do not recommend this location. We will not be back.
