Absolute best customer service and food that I have ever gotten at taco bell I placed an order to the app. Didn't get crazy on the order, basically no sour cream or guacamole on anything. Greeted me very politely at the speaker box. Got to the window, had to wait maybe up to a minute, I'm assuming it's because on got a 5 layer burrito grilled..side not first time trying that and oh man it's good. I left the drive thru checked the order and everything was correct. Packed very well. No broken shells or chips, no food on the sides lol. It was delicious too

It's was an ok visit the only thing wrong was I ordered two Mexican pizza and they only made one..But after a few minutes they made me my second one but it was more thrown together. But it was still good just a little out of my way to go to this Taco Bell. Don't like the food at 68th avenue and Peoria Rd. Or the one at 83 th ave and Peoria has no good food anytime I go there if it's busy or not the food is still the same bad.

I ordered a taco party pack and asked for supreme was charged $28 and when I get home not one of the Tacos was supreme!! My Family was so upset that no one even wanted to eat. Horrible customer service. I’ll never come back.

2/10/24 Jackie w the IE ❤️ was so sweet even when it was freezing cold at the window & rainy at 1am. Her voice is very friendly when she takes your order & she is patient. Been here multiple times & everyone is very nice & on point with their service. 20/10 , the extra 10 points because I just love Taco Bell ?

This is the best fast food restaurant in the shopping center. The people that work there are more FRIENDLY than CARL'S JR. This Taco Bell didn't : 1.) Overcharge me when the price is clearly stated on the menu board. 2.) Tell me the Manager wasn't there and refuse to give me the Manager's name. 3.) Screw up the order. 4.) Forget to put the hot sauce or other condiments requested in the bag. 5.) Take an excessive amount of time giving me my food when going through the drive-thru. There are other reasons that Taco Bell is superior to Carl's Jr. This list just scratches the surface.Kid-friendliness: The employees are extremely friendly and are excellent with customer service. They treat customers as people, including kids. As opposed to CARL'S JR, which doesn't seem to care about OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS. Or anything else involving customer service.
The food is ok. it's just like any other taco bell. Service was pretty quick in the drive thru though.

Went inside to pick up two doordash orders. Had to wait a few minutes for the orders to be completed, but not an excessive amount of time. The young man at the counter was friendly and helpful. The orders were packed up nicely and the food was hot at the hand-off.
