Food is good but the customer service was no good tonight the lady in front taking orders only speaks spanish and my friend only speaks english and the server does not try at all to make sure we get everything we need/want. Tacos came out corn but the girl said in order to get flour we had to order 4 more tacos, thats insane. The food is tasty tho ! Just need her to work on her customer service.

I tried them they were pretty fire. Most of the bad reviews ain't even from the food but the customer service during a pandemic like bruh . The tacos de asada and al pastor were fire ? the finly minced cilantro and fresh veg on top was lit. Im going back . Little price tho . If they took off like 75 cents they would be perfect .

First timer at Tacos Culichi. I asked what is included in the Culichi Fries and they said they were out of fries. I then ordered a chicken taco and they were out of chicken . I then tried to order the shrimp ceviche tostada and guess what? They were out of ceviche. So I stuck with 1 Al pastor tacos and 1 quesadilla. The Al pastor had a good flavor. The green salsa was delicious! I tried my friends birria ramen. The flavor was ok. The meat needed more salt or seasoning.

Lobby was destroyed, and 5 tables waiting for food. It was pretty dead for a Sunday. 3.95 for tacos. horchata was hella watered down. This place has the vibes but not service. Tacos were OKAY. If you have patience maybe you'll enjoy your visits Wish them luck.

So the phones off IG must be from some other place. Only thing that looked the same was the noddles , they were decent. They had a bar here on a Friday it was closed could not even get a beer. I ordered three crispy birra tacos, they must have run out of the sauce. I ask the waitress and said I had to pay extra for the sauce. I guess they should update the menu to say no sauce.

The gal seemed in a hurry and unwilling to assist with any questions we had about the menu. The restaurant was empty so it really baffled me as to why she was in such a hurry. Then I seen her in the corner on her phone texting! Big thumbs down for lacking in the customer service department!

Just walked in and they said they are closed. The "OPEN" sign was lit and they are supposed to close at 9. It is 8:35. If you want tacos, make sure you come REAL early.

I had such high hopes for this place, especially after reading recent reviews (must have been friends and Family of restaurant) my wife and I shared the following today: 1 Carne asada burrito 2 Pollo Queso Taco 1 Carne Asada Queso Taco 1 Birria Ramen with Beef. 1 chips and Salsa Fanta and Mexico coke The Ramen what is a temp hot tasteless bland mess, The birria broth had no Flavor, I had to add salt & Pepper and lime to make it edible. Pollo Tacos had unrecognizable chicken with no flavor and the Carne asada taco was the same. Once again no flavor after dipping in the Birria cup. Carne asada Burrito was split in half,great for sharing. Overpriced and underflavored again. FYI I have had comsume Birria at other places that satisfy the taste buds. Tacos Culichi I'm sorry but your Birria needs work. Add some spices and make it flavorful. The best part of the meal was the chips and salsa, fresh made chips were great for the 1 star earned. If you like bland tasteless Mexican tacos then this is the place for you. You should not have to add salt, pepper, & lime to make tacos taste good. Fanta and Mexican Coke were great. I really wanted to like this place. I don't know if this is pandering to the low-salt & bland food community. Improvements need to be made In my opinion. Please spice it up and make flavor improvements. Maybe it was a bad recipe day or a bland batch. I'll probably give it another shot in a couple of weeks. Hopefully discover new flavor improvements next time. Got the 10% off for Yelp to try it out, but also Disappointed that they don't offer military or veteran discount being this close to Luke Air Force Base.

Really enjoyed eating a Tacos Culichi at West Gate. The tacos are packed with flavor and super yummy! They are not that big (think street tacos) so order extra!! The salsas are delicious, love the veggies that come with the tacos, we were all very pleased!! Wait can be a little long but worth the wait! They were sold out of fish tacos but would like to try them next time I visit.

The first time we tried eating here they were closed. Their website says they open at 11am but they don't open until 1pm! We went back yesterday around 2pm just to make sure they would be opened. While ordering we noticed that half of their menu items where crossed off and were told by the employee that they did not offer anything that was crossed off, we noticed that they had Aguas frescas and per the menu Horchata and Jamaica were available. We tried ordering an Horchata and were told they didn't have it.then we ordered a Jamaica and were told they didn't have it!!! Then we ordered a Diet Coke and guess what? They didn't have it. We finally placed our order and got our food fairly quickly (as there was only 1 other person in the restaurant ). Our tacos were mediocre at best . The tortilla was stale and old. The carne was decent but a little dry. The food seemed as it was from the day prior and was just left outside to serve the next day. The worst thing was that the restaurant was DIRTY, there was old consomé spilled on top of the garbage can that low key looked like throw up as it has pieces of cabbage mixed in. The girl working there was just on her phone and didn't care to wipe the dirty tables or anything The only thing about this place is that the decor is nice,everything else is garbage

I would love to give 4-5 stars. We love tacos and are always looking for a good taco place. Our first experience randomly coming across this place was great. Food was great. Service time was fine. Two days later we wanted to have some again. I called to place an order and they couldn't take it as they didn't havw anyone to operate the kitchen. I understand, life happens. It's completely understandable. However the next time we stopped in, they had a 1-1.5 hour wait for food. The restaurant was not even full. I feel like we've given this place multiple attempts but we are always disappointed. Which is sad considering the food was good that first time. Unfortunately reading other reviews it seems like it's a common theme.
