Visited this location tonight at 630pm. Upon walking in the girls in the store were sitting in the back with what looked to be their school hoodies on. One came to counter to take order one started on the ice. There was no hand washing going on that I noticed. One also didn’t have her hair up. After paying and receiving our order we went back to the car to enjoy them. I was a couple bites in and find a long brown hair in my sno cone. I went back in the store to show them. They barely gave a sorry and tried to remake them. We declined and asked for our money back. After we were leaving the girl whose hair was down and not contained decided it was a good time to do that while walking through the back passing the station where they make the orders. Was not a good experience at all.

Awesome service, delicious shaved ice. It's definitely my go to in the summer time, but is good anytime. My favorites are pina colada lada, and the silver fox. Please don't deny yourself, you deserve it, give it a try.

Our favorite snowcones spot in the valley! With 2 sugar free options for the little ones! We make at least a trip once a week! Must have! Hawaiian style! My top 3 flavors are: Summer Breeze, Pizzzazz, and Ocean Breeze!!

I am soo glad we finally stopped in here, we just had the friendliest greeting when walking in and the employees were very nice and kind. This meant a lot as we are having a tough week and literally just walked out of a nearby place that was so rude I decided not to order and left there! What a great surprise, the snow cones are delish! We will definitely be coming back! ?

The snow cones are good and very refreshing great for these summer days. Just has important if not more I wonder where the manager is at not being on top of this . This place is not kept clean not once have I gone there that the tables are always sticky and dirty .. trash is full .. restroom.. eh.. I've gone there coz my grandkids love the snow cones .. it would be nice if the manager had a meeting with them let them job also includes keeping tables clean .

I've been twice now. Each time the employee came out to the drive-thru line quickly and the Sno cones were delicious!
They are actually open until 8 pm!!!!!
