Twisted Sugar - En Fuego (Westgate)

I never been here before I drove by it on the way home, so I decided to try this place out. When I went to the shop and saw the variety of sweets, they had I was intrigued then I picked out a cookie and got a small ice cream with it and when I was charged for it, I thought it was a little overpriced, but then after I took my first buy, it was well worth it. It’s definitely worth going back for more. Originally I went there looking for a brownie and the lady asked me if she can help me and I told her she told me the crinkle cookie is which is what I had was basically a cookie brownie so I tried it tasted just like a brownie.

Second time ive visited we get dozen assorted cookies. Flavors are awesome so far banana cream and lemon are favoritex

Looks like crumbl has some competition here. They have a wide variety of cookies to choose from, they’re fresh and not doughy, and also can we talk about the price! Will be back again!

Great service, good cookies. So far have only eaten one of the chocolate chip and it was cooked perfectly. The gluten free peanutbutter cookie my bf got was soft and tasted great to him, also no gluten reaction so yay no cross contamination!!Bf got the lulu sprite drink but all he could taste was peach, it drowned out the watermelon and strawberry.

Consistently out of certain cookies, and it doesn’t matter what time of day you go, they don’t have them. Also gone a few times and been told they don’t have Dr Pepper? The wait for your drink takes an awful long time as well. Even with multiple employees working?Don’t get me wrong, the cookies are wayyy better than Crumbl, and the drinks are delicious. But you always leave feeling frustrated. And I’ve dropped by tons of times, so I’ve had plenty of experience to pull from. I really question how a company can run in such a manner. Would be a great place if they could pull it together.

I actually opened my doordash to order crumble cookies and omg am I glad I saw twisted sugar!!! Way better priced and so delicious!! The drinks are amazing and THE best combos of flavors! Definitely going to be a regular customer!

Don't come here on a Saturday night if you plan to get any of their cookies. 9:30 on a Saturday night and they were out of every one I asked for, so they had to tell me what they DID have. I eventually just said nevermind. Don't get me wrong, I love this places cookies and sodas, but tonight's experience just wasn't a good one.

Twisted Sugar Westgate is definitely NOT at Westgate. 6:30 on a Friday and is seems like there was only one worker but she was very kind. Kids loved cookies, wife loved drink. I wanted an ice cream sandwich and they were all out.

Awesome friendly and professional service. Emily definitely made our first trip to twisted sugar worth it. Drinks hit the spot and the cookies…. Are a buttery ball of goodness!!! Definitely recommend.

My new favorite dessert and drink (non-alcoholic) place! A must try in the west valley, both you and your kids will love it! These cookies were absolutely amazing. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. I’ve never purchased from a bakery that did cookies this way. It was worth the amount and it was fairly quick. You have the option to order ahead of time on DoorDash. They were also very friendly in the store..

Got my order pretty late at night before closing so maybe that had an impact but my crinkle cookie was inedible because of how hard and old it was. The other 3 sure didn't look or taste fresh either. Pretty disappointing to be served old batches. Soda was good though.

Stopped in here while traveling from out of state because I heard they had gluten free cookies! The gluten free cookies were FANTASTIC! (And also didn’t feel sick after eating them… even though it seems to appear they are all in one kitchen.) Family members also had the regular cookies and liked them too. The ladies working the counter were so sweet and so helpful during our decision making process. They give a military discount, also! I’ll be dropping by again when I’m in AZ!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their management is horrible. I was waiting in the lobby tonight and I saw an employee rudely snatch a dollar bill out of an other employee's hand. Was this really necessary? And why didn't the manager intervene after such rude behavior? Their cookies are horrible and I never thought anything could be too sweet but after eating Twisted Sugar's cookies I found out something could in fact be too sweet. The manager working does not stop the employees from treating each other rudely.This does not seem to be a good example of teamwork. Or good leadership skills.

Every cookie is sooooo good!!
