Apparently they were ready to go at 1230am fries with no salt biggie five B6 one with no pickles one with extra pickles and onions. One was raw and one was old and neither one had pickles or onions. Logan offered to remain waited after I had waited. I ready five minutes waited 10 more minutes cold old meat again so disappointing after working a 16 hour shift..:: if I could give a zero, I would Logan better customer service go back to training cook cook don't warm up stuff!!!! Opps

I went through the drive thru and the employee sounded bored out of her mind. No customer service skills at all, was so disappointed that I left without food. I would rather support somewhere with higher pieces and great customer service then this place. I do not recommend at all!

The people who work here need to learn how to read. They make you pull around to the font of the restaurant and wait a long time for your order, however when you receive it, you find out they have left items off your order. Complete idiots. Put the phone down, get off Tik Tok, take the ear buds off and focus on doing your job. When I have 5 items in an order and you can't get it right, you have an intelligence issue.

Prices have gotten obscene while portion sizes have decreased. No vanilla frosty, right now it's berry time. That's not their fault, though, but the no bathrooms thing IS. Nice that during a pandemic we can't even wash our hands before we eat. Not cool, Wendys. Not cool at all..

I stopped in for breakfast. The doors weren't open at 8:15 am. They are supposed to be open at 6:30. Then after waiting to get in and then waiting 10 minutes to order, they had no sausage. Why even open for breakfast then? Who is running this place? I won't be back. There are several options nearby.

How do you mess up a complete order? Missing multiple items and not listen to specific instructions like a hamburger for my niece but plain nothing on it and still it was not plain???♂️??♂️
