Met a friend for dinner last week and it was my first time dining at this place. It was pretty busy for a Thursday and the parking was terrible! However, that is no fault of the restaurant. Despite being so busy, our wait for a table was only 30 min or so which was pretty quick! We had a waitress in training and she did a wonderful job. I visited Zipps with a group of 7, but only 2 of us were present initially. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we had to wait for the rest of our party to arrive before being seated. Additionally, I ordered golden mediums, but they arrived extra crispy even though I didn't request them that way. I was expecting alot more of the food after my friends raved about it. Expectations were too high.The burger buns were cover toasted, hard. The margaritas were flavorful but very weak.The atmosphere is top notch and the waitress, she was awesome... attentive, and friendly.I'll be back to try their signature wings!
