The service at this location was beyond atrocious. It was a scene straight out of a nightmare, courtesy of the two women manning the counter. Their obvious disdain for their job was palpable, leaving an indelible mark on my coffee experience. Slamming my food down without a shred of courtesy, ignoring my polite request for cream in my coffee, and responding to my gratitude for their early Saturday presence with nothing but silence.Starbucks, these two individuals are a stain on your brand. Their miserable personalities turned what should have been a pleasant coffee outing into a deeply depressing ordeal. It's a wonder how they're still employed here, tarnishing the reputation of your company with every bitter interaction.

Okay I found another. I was served a Luke warm venti dark roast and when I told them, the girl rolled her eyes at me and said “ well you’ll have to wait for us to brew more”. When I was given the coffee the top was loose , came off and spilled on me!!!!!!! It was fricken

Came in at approximately 10 minutes to 7pm on 12/10/2022 and the guy said they were closed. Asked if there was just any black coffee at all and the guy says no. That he has to finish cleaning everything. Sad that he wants to just get out of there and not serve customers.

It’s hit or miss at this location. Some of the staff seem to really hate their jobs and act like you are bothering them by daring to order a coffee. (Natalie) The drinks are usually pretty good at this location.

Convenient location, close to my house, and nice to get a cup of coffee while I shop. However, the staff is unfriendly- especially Emma. I understand they get busy but it's no excuse to be rude.
