I gave this place five stars because they were once a three star Chipotle at best. They always were missing something late at night but they did one better and they're open past 10:00. I don't know what COVID did but some of us catch a late night lunch breaks and need that extra hr to catch something.

Picked up a carnitas burrito bowl for dinner. A faithful go to. I must say, hot sauce at a Chipotle in AZ hits different than ones back in SC. Very nice!

Stopped by to pick up a bowl for lunch. There were 6 people in front of me and only one person serving. So it took a few minutes to place my order. I'm surprised by the inconsistencies when it comes to the bowls. It seems to me that the portions here are never the same. You can visit one day, and the bowl feels like it weighs a pound, then come in a few days later, place the same order, and the bowl weighs half of what it did the prior visit.

I come to this chipotle all the time and every time I come I ask for rice inside my quesadilla.Today I was told I couldn’t.Whatever the protocol is, it would be appropriate to keep it consistent all of the time.

Charging way too much for very small portions of rice, cheese, sour cream, etc. I can get more food that's better quality and cheaper at Texas Roadhouse. And no back talk from employees or lack of customer service in general when I ask for extra.

Honestly I’m very surprised with how well this location is ran. They are rarely out of stuff and the staff is very nice. One of the best locations I’ve been to in a while.
With USA all the chipotle taste the same great taste. I really liked the outdoor seating at this location.

When I walked in the staff rolled their eyes I know it was late, but my power was out and I wanted to get something other then mcdonnalds. The portions were small especially the meat. The girl didn't wash her hands either or hand me my receipt. She also rushed me to get all my bowls done when I needed a second to look. I already complained to support and was never offered a discount, refund or bowls on them to make sure the costumer comes back. I've worked in the food industry and I've always offered one of those 3 options to get my costumers to come back.
