Love this place burgers are perfect shakes are killer i would go back to tipping the employees and would give it 5 stars if they could actually make the shakes with the burgers first 2 times here got my whole order when called to the counter now everytime im called to the counter im handed a bag of burgers and keep standing there waiting for my shakes only to have the person ask do you need anything else i then say my shakes and they look at the receipt like im trying to scam them and tell hold on and i gotta wait 5 minutes why cant burgers and shakes be made at the same time at a burger and shake restaurant so my new trick is to order shakes pay then order burgers pay it forces them to actually pay attention and make it so i get my order and go

Visited here Thursday night, January 9th. My partner ordered a little cheese burger but we were charged for the regular cheese burger, it was almost double the cost. We paid cash and the manager couldn't figure out how to refund the difference so we paid more for what we got. Customer service has gone down at this location, we will not be back.

A little pricey. But overall great burgers and loads of fries.
The fries are always great as are the burgers. Not happy with the high price! Yeah, prices are up everywhere, but $25 for a cheeseburger fries and drink? They used to be comparable to other burger joints of same caliber price wise, but better tasting, but they are not that much better tasting. Right across the street i can get a cheeseburger, onio rings and a drink for $16! They are a good as if not better than five guys. Not gonna be back anytime soon. Gonna miss them, but willing to miss them.

Five Guys has always been my go-to establishment for quality burgers and fries. Is it the world's best burger? No. It's hard to find anything that's 100% perfect, but these guys make everything taste good. The staff there are always super friendly and the place is clean top to bottom. So if you want a great burger at a decent price, 5 Guys is the place.
