I loved this place. Their pecan sweet cookies are amazing and cheap 2 for a dollar. The location is kinda hidden in the corner of the plaza.

Very authentic restaurant. The food is amazing as well as the service. They also have a bakery with authentic breads and pastries. There are not many guatemalan food places in the east valley but this one is amazing. Very authentic from food to service to atmosphere.

We found this place on a whim on our way to a show at The Nile and they did not disappoint! Service was wonderful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing food. Be prepared to converse in Spanish. The very nice worker/owner helped me out, but it was definitely pretty difficult to communicate with my poor Spanish skills. Value is really good and portions are big.

The place is a little hard to find, it is located near medical offices. The rice felt hard/ dry. Their pepian is orange not the same type of pepian that I have eaten in Guatemala. The pepian I’ve eaten in Guatemala is brown and has more ingredients (not just carrots and potatoes). The staff are friendly and their service is fast.

Not a good place very bad nobody speaks English. Save your money go somewhere where they speak English.

Thank goodness I was the only one that ate rellenitos because I ended up with stomach problems. Sadly, I have not been able to find a good Guatemalan restaurant.
The good thing is that I was the only one who ate stuffed foods, because I ended up with stomach problems. Sadly I have not been able to find a good Guatemalan restaurant.

How chapines is a good place to eat the dishes of our country Guatemala. I invite all people to try Guatemalan dishes. It is a good place to enjoy with the family.

Good service:
A highly recommended place for Guatemalans to relive the moments of Guate, and for non-Guatemalans a good place to taste traditional Guatemalan foods, a very nice Restaurant ??
