I wanted to try this place and it was such a disappointment. Walked in and the Karaoke was too loud, even outside. We were not able to order alcohol in their patio so we went inside. The Cafe de olla tasted like tap water with a bit of coffee flavor, and it was lukewarm. All the food lacked flavor, no salt whatsoever; including the rice. I got the wrong tortillas. It was not what I expected or what I was hoping for.

I came for the first time because it had been recommended to me, but it was a super terrible experience. I arrived and they sat me down and I sat there for 20 minutes and no one attended to me. I do not recommend this establishment if you are Hispanic, especially if you come from another state.

I came here for my 7 year anniversary, I had this on my list as a food reviewer for some time. Waitress gave so much attitude when I asked if I can still do happy hour sitting outside which she said yes. We tried ordering carne asada fries which they just advertised the same day and was told by the waitress they don't serve that at all. She never came back outside and we just left. Terrible service, do not trust what they advertise on Instagram, I was going to attempt to try again a different time (maybe came on a bad day) but after I made a comment about it on Instagram they used my comment to make another video saying it's only available during happy hour (which it was when I was there) on that same video another person had the exact same experience. Enough said, DO NOT waste your time coming here, plenty of better options with wonderful service elsewhere!!

The food is good but the customer service was horrible when we got there they just looked at us not even a good morning i felt ignored and we were waiting for like 10min to be seated and it wasn’t busy at all and They were out of couple things that we wanted . And the waitress (Jose) was rude .

The Chilaquiles Modern Kitchen is an absolute gem! Not only was the food here amazing, but the service and ambiance were also outstanding. Our dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. We indulged in the gigantic Chilaquiles Burrito, which was incredibly delicious and left us completely satisfied. The flavors were perfectly balanced, making every bite a delight. And let's talk about the pozole - simply incredible! Rich, flavorful, and packed with authentic Mexican taste, it was a true standout dish. Our waitress was equally awesome - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She truly enhanced our experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect - modern and hip, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. From the stylish decor to the energetic vibe, everything about this place exudes excellence. From the moment we walked in until the last bite, we were thoroughly impressed. Chilaquiles Modern Kitchen has definitely earned its spot as one of our favorite dining spots. The chilaquiles are very delicious ? the option to choose your ingredients seems great to me the only bad thing is that there is no sauce with more flavor and spiciness and the burgers are very bad using such a cheap sausague and putting so many pieces in it seems like a bad idea to me ? I would prefer one piece but with meat
