Let's start by saying. Wow. This food is delicious and freshly made. My wife picked it up and brought it home. It was still hot when she arrived. The serving size is truly the best. For what we paid for it. This will be our leftovers for a few days. And if you're local, you already know about this place. It's definitely worth the money.

Did an order for pickup. Cream cheese puffs were the best part of the order. The Honey chicken and schezwan chicken were both very underwhelming. No taste at all. I had to put spices on it myself. Would have rather eaten Panda Express.

I am a little confused reading reviews for this restaurant because it is not good. This place is dirty, disorganized, and our food all came out at different times on paper plates with plastic forks. There is stuff overflowing from the back room like drinks, to go containers, food, etc. A young child was working the register taking orders she couldn’t have been older than 10. I received a styrofoam cup for water from the soda machine and there were tons of black flakes floating in it. I filled and dumped it 10+ times before it was clean, but could not drink it and I assume their soda machine has not been cleaned in months if not years. Food was mediocre at best. White rice was not fresh and was overcooked. There are so many amazing Chinese restaurants in Mesa. Will never go here again.

Is this Shrimp Fried Rice for real or we'll just give you anything and think you won't know the difference rice? I love Asian Cuisine and I eat it a few times a a week. This was my first time trying New China in Mesa, AZ. I placed my order online and drove to pick it up only to be disappointed when I got home. There was not an egg, a pea, or a carrot in my rice only imitation shrimp and onions. I didn't get any soy sauce , utensils or fortune cookie either!! This was the worst shrimp fried rice I've ever had and I don't appreciate the inconvenience of having to make a review instead of calling the restaurant who has the nerve to be closed on Monday. Is this how Mesa cooks fried rice? I'll pass.

Stopped by for lunch takeout. Very good prices, food was fast and hot and quite good. I tried the amazing chicken. They will be in my lunch rotation from now on. Highly recommend giving them a try.

The food here is usually good and has always been made within 20mins. My one complaint is that they're the only resturant I've ever been to in the United States that uses fried chicken for cashew chicken. It isn't good or what I'm used to, but I always forget to ask if they'd substitute a different chicken for it. They have normal chicken, I don't know why they use fried chicken.

First my payment got declined online had to pay in store and people where super rude when we came in and to top it off food has NO flavor everything taste the same and every bit of rice was dry! The only thing here that had flavor was the shrimp and it was so damn fishy tasting I'm pretty sure it was bad ... worst place ever completely waisted my money smh

I drive 30minutes to come to this place and it’s sooo worth it. It’s just like the food from back home in Philly….the best in AZ i recommend shrimp and broccoli I always ask for my broccoli to be well done (soft) and it is so good. Love this

We received a flyer in mail for New China and ordered takeout dinner last night. Food was ready quickly and was hot. That's the end of compliments. My sesame chicken was chewy and sauce tasted like vinegar, fried rice was tasteless.

Ordered lunch through Uber eats and won't order from this place again. It was bland and just ok at best. Would rather have had Panda Express instead this place so take that for what it is.

"NY Style" - hardly. Crispy noodles were so stale. Beef Chow Mein was 80% Onions, 10%Large Cut Celery and 10% Beef. Egg Drop Soup was super watery. Packets of "hot" Mustard were just regular mustard. "Pork Fried Rice" was orange in color - white rice not Fried Rice AT ALL. It resembled Spanish Rice. This was a really terrible experience - Would NOT recommend this restaurant. To say it's "NY Style" is an insult and a farce. Far from it. Just NO.

This is the most authentic Chinese food restaurants I have been to. It is family run establishment. The food is great quality and super reasonably priced. I drive across town for their honey chicken combination plate. There fried rice with the combination plate has pork fried rice. The pork is cut into small bite sized pieces. They also have the fortune cookies out for you to take as you please. That in itself is a big plus. Not being stingy with the fortune cookies. The only bad thing is that they are closed on Mondays. They have a lifetime customer in me!!

The place is dirty and the lady taking the orders is rude and nasty! I asked for crispy noodles for my soup and after asking her twice for it she got annoyed and yelled..50 cents! The food portion was way too small and the shrimps were the size of malnourished mosquito!I am not sure how people give this place 5 stars. I would give it 0 but there is no 0 ? option!
