Popeyes is a decent establishment but this location is by far the worst change management this place is poorly ran I came by twice a few weeks apart and both times they were out of sauce for the wings then the wings were not fresh the workers inside have very low work ethic any other location your good but this one is terrible

Brought carry out order home only to find they shorted us 3 pieces of chicken. Additionally we ordered all dark meat and some chicken we did get was white meat.

Great location. Only reason for 4* on food was that the tenders we got seemed to have sat under the heat lamps for too long. They weren't inedible, but we a little dry and tough.

Was greeted and helped by Rocio! She was great! Helped me with my order, was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean, food was great as well. Rocio made my experience pleasurable.

The staff here take bare minimum to a lower bar. Poor communication skills, not a clean table in the place, broken equipment, and restaurant level waiting times.

Manager Anahi doesn’t care for bad reviews. Would rather have corporate handle a problem he could have handled on his own.

Requested an itemized receipt of my order for business expense report and was refused a receipt despite multiple attempts to ask for one.

**Just another generic message from Popeyes. Why would I come back to a place that refused to provide me a receipt?**

I haven’t been to Popeyes in a couple years. Thought I would try it out cause I love the red beans and rice. Was very disappointed in the food and the communication on what the price would be for two pieces of chicken, a biscuit and red beans and rice for $9.52 was the price. When I asked for the price before I paid I was given three different prices.☹️

When I asked to speak to the manager just to get feedback the manager said, you can call corporate and I said who’s the manager she said her name which she said it so fast I couldn’t remember. Will not EVER be going back.

Very disappointed that I feel that they’ve gone downhill and instead of being customer focus, all they are is about putting out some Mediocre food and getting rid of you.

I will definitely be reaching out to corporate to give feedback

My recommendation would be, do not go back to this location if you want a bad experience with poor quality of food, but more specifically poor quality service

The owner responded with a generic response, which I think is very interesting, they don’t really care about what I’ve said. If anybody reads thisDO NOT FO TO THIS LOCATION they do not care about customer service or how their customers are treated.

I will absolutely be getting a hold of corporate to address myconcerns.

12 pc tender bundle and 3 sandwiches ordered, pickup drive thru. Arrived home, 1 sandwich which wasn’t cooked, missing 2. 12 tenders box included only 10 and 2 of the 10 were mostly fired batter, 3 inches long. Drinks ordered included 2 unsweetened teas, both teas provided were sweet teas. They weee jot just inside and nobody waiting in the drive-thru. Terrible experience.

Cold food, orders not being ready when they're due, zero sense of urgency while gossiping about nothing, and ignoring people when they first walk in? AND the pieces - if I can even call them that - of chicken being smaller than nuggets? Don't waste your time, go to Mcdonald's next door or something.

When I ventured into this particular Popeyes location, I had high expectations for the tantalizing fried chicken and the warm hospitality famously associated with the brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the golden standard I had anticipated. Upon biting into my order, I was immediately struck by the unsettling taste of chicken that seemed to be beyond its prime, leaving me no choice but to return it. The moment was disappointing, not just for the food, but for the lack of attentiveness to quality that I have come to expect from Popeyes.

As I approached the counter to address the issue, I was met with a certain nonchalance. The manager’s response was even more bewildering; rather than an apology or an acknowledgment of the poor quality served, I was instead asked if I would like fresh chicken. This offer felt more like a standard response than a genuine attempt to rectify the situation. It left me pondering about the integrity of this location and its commitment to customer satisfaction. What should have been a simple joy of enjoying crispy, flavorful chicken turned into a frustrating encounter that tarnished the Popeyes reputation for both delicious food and excellent service.
